The room itself wasn't to bad it was a smoking room. My husband wanted on cause we stayed in on in Las Angeles and it wasnt to bad. This one on the other hand just was so gross smelling. Like it had been closed up for a year. The bed was blown out on oneside. I couldn't sleep. I was actually 2ft deeper then my husband. There was a drunk next door that kept us up all night. We ate at the restaurant next to the parking lot and My husband got food poisoning at 4am It was bad By 5am we packed up and left. I got 3 hrs alseep it was supposed to be our Anniversary stay. But ened in a nightmare. The bed, The drunk next door and the smell were the wost things. I think Id rather pay an extra hundred dollars before going back and never ever getting a smoking room again

They were changing cable services so we only got 2 channels. The Jacuzzi was broke. None of theses things were their fault.

All the amenities were out of service. No spa, no wifi, no pool, bathroom was filthy, window tracks full of mold. Really there was mold on all the seams.

It was a lil dated. Light switch controlled outlet for fridge, why? The mattress could be updated but it wasn't uncomfortable for us at least

Jul 2021The stairs going to the room felt like they were going to break. Everything in the room was scratched, dinged, or otherwise damaged. There was a smell. People smoking outside filled out no smoking room with smoke. The only good thing about the hotel is when we decided we weren’t comfortable and wanted a refund, it was granted. Would not recommend.

Apr 2023The staff were great, had an issue with the bathroom light, and they were on it right away.
The light in the bathroom didn't work. Even after matenince came in to replace the light, it still went out while in the bathroom. The electrical outlets need to be replaced. I went to plug in my USB charger, and the plug fell out.
It was just meh.

Jan 2023The staff was helpful and friendly. Bed comfortable, room clean. the restaurant on the property has good food.
Got off to a rough start, WiFi not working,and TV not working. talked to manager about WiFi, don't know what he did but it started working and remained working. fixed the TV myself ( former Tech)
all in all got a good nights sleep.
I often stay at a Motel 6 when traveling on business,this one is over due for an up-date.
Will be back to the area in about a month, will probably stay here as the price is hard to beat.

This was a convenient stop on a short two day trip to the coast.

It would have been nice to have shampoo, conditioner and Kleenex in the room.

The area around motel was junk and feel not safe. the worst is noisy from customers and a worker was fixing room next door made me wake up early. it’s not professional if your customer still no check out yet and then you fixing too loud.
I wouldn’t stay again. the manger was nice.

the pool was very unclean with discolored water and things floating in it. the hotel didn’t look like any of the website pictures. it’s a completely different look. looks more run down. nothing matched the website of the outside or inside.

Jun 2022The room was clean and comfortable and fairly quiet. The location is just a few hundred yards south of downtown.
This Motel 6 was a bit sketchy - our toilet was clogged before even using it. I need to get a plunger from the front desk, as I wasn't keen on having someone come in our room late in the evening. The motel was run-down - the pool wasn't open - which seems to be the case at many motels now; Covid is used an excuse to avoid all sorts of maintenance. And this Motel 6 seemed to be a combination of long-term guests and short-term guests.

Apr 2022The room was amazing!! I had a suite with the hot tub in the room. The restaurant there had really good food too. Everything I wanted to do while I was there was really close by too. I also had my dog with me and she stayed for FREE!!! BIG PLUS :-)
The doggy area could be a little bit bigger and better maintained but all in all it wasn't crazy bad
We may pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time.
Sep 2022The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the heating and air conditioning unit was excellent with full temperature control.
The outside appearance of the motel did not match the appearance of the rooms inside. The facility stairs, railing, and trim needed paint (Two second floor stairways were closed). We lost hot water Wednesday and it wea not restored by check-out Friday. We were, however, offered another room in another wing of the facility.

Jan 2022The room and bathroom were decently clean, and the beds were comfortable.
WiFi was terrible. Only one person from the staff was wearing a mask, and walls are paper thin, so we could hear our very loud neighbors until very late at night. As we were trying to call the reception about it, we also noted that the phone in our room wasn't working. Might be okay-ish for a night, but don't expect to get a good night's rest.

The first room we were given was very obviously not finished by housekeeping. There was a bag of laundry sitting in the room, no towels, no pillowcases, etc. We were given another room without a problem but it was kind of annoying. Also, it was pouring rain and our front entrance was sunken and mud was pooling by our door so we were tracking mud into the room the whole time and it was a mess.

The rooms were in disrepair toilets wouldn't flush right shower drained so slow it overflowed with a very short shower beds had springs poking everywhere had to wait 3 hours for the room to be ready couldn't check in until 6 pm because it wasn't cleaned yet

Jun 2021The location is good. Easy access to shoreline, restaurants and shopping. The room and the entire facility were very clean. This was my second stay at this location and I will stay there again in the future.
Nothing I didn’t like except wi-fi was a little spotty. When I travel alone, I don’t need a lot of extra amenities.
