Aug 2021WE just grabbed a muffin on the way out the door .
No SOAP in the room and I expect that to be in the room. I picked up the phone to call the operator phone did not work. The room smelled very musky. Mold in the shower. Hair dryer did not work, even tried the GFCI. Was heading to a funeral so had to go to another hotel closer to the funeral to do my hair. Had to put my head under the sheet just to breathe. But we were tired got there at midnight checked out by 6:30. Comfort and safety were great! Parking was good. Staff was awesome the only gentleman we saw was at the front desk.

May 2021The front desk lady was very nice. The big mat in front of the elevators was filthy. Our room had a bad odor but we were too tired to complain and we were only staying the one night. Rug in the room had stains. Tub was dirty and towels dinghy. Cigarette smell coming in from other rooms and hallway even though it’s a non smoking hotel. I seriously considered just sleeping in my car.
On the bright side, the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Rooms had bad odor. Very run down.

Oct 2022the breakfast was good& the room was clean
the room door was propped open when we arrived to the unit. the a/c didn’t work and had to be attended to. the thermostat on the wall didn’t work when staff finally got the unit working. we were tired and only wanted to go to bed. but had to deal with the unit being too hot to sleep until ac was fixed.
We only got to stay one night and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Oct 2022Bed clothes were very dirty and stained. Stains (red) on the floor. When brought to the attention of desk We were told no staff to fix problem. We had to ask to switch rooms. Then there were no clean king bedrooms available. Will not stay there again.
