Sep 2021Well we got a pool view room to look outside the balcony and see piles of dirt and buckets in a few areas, not my ideal stay I wish I’d known about construction going on I would have booked at the Marriott, we have nice Hyatt hotels here in salt lake I was not impressed! There was another issue you guys let people cook food in there rooms it smelled dead whatever it was that was a huge down for me! I will most likely not be staying with Hyatt any longer

Apr 2021Very nice and clean! Staff is super nice and helpful. The facility is very spacious and clean. Our room was great! Clean and comfy we had our two kids and got the king suite and it was perfect. The couch could probably could use a chair cover because it was a bit stained and worn but we just threw a sheet over it so the kids could lay across it and nap. Overall, great experience and well worth the money! Plenty of food place within walking distance.

May 2023The staff at the front desk was great. I had a problem with my card, and they helped work it out with me. The staff in the breakfast area were friendly and keep the food full for all vistors.
didnt have anything in the room to bake dinner in the oven. That would have been nice for better options for us to

Aug 2021The room was spacious enough for my 9 month old to have floor time and we felt right at home. The main room has privacy doors and the kitchen was so convenient. The small patio area outside of our room was excellent with parking right outside our room. It made for easy loading and unloading especially with our baby. 10/10 would recommend this property. You definitely get your money’s worth staying here.

May 2021The night clerk did assist my husband one night when he wandered off, he has alzheimers, she was very kind Her name was Jackie.. many thanks to her
They said they only clean rooms every 3 days we were there 4 and did not get room cleaned. Had to ask for replacement towels. The breakfast was served in a bag handed out a window.

Not much parking. (The staff says we could park at the neighboring Chilis restaurant overnight...). Pool was a little run down but still great.

It was busy and loud, we got a room on the ground floor right next to the side entrance door. The door kept on banging on our bedroom wall. The price is not cheap!
