Oct 2022We enjoyed the location. Enjoy always visiting The Wharf when in the area. Liked having a sitting area in our room. Walked over on Saturday to Southern Grind and had a lovely coffee. Breakfast was the usual fair and fine. Loved there was a noon check out!
We were a little disappointed with the view thought we'd have a view of the bay but not a game changer for us.

Apr 2021This property is wonderful the employees and staff are welcoming and helpful in any occasion that you might need them. The cleanliness of this hotel is amazing. There’s always someone on your floor mopping or vacuuming the elevators are wiped down continuously throughout my stay. Any time that I need at the front desk to assist me with items from the gift shop/convenient shop, They were very helpful and quick! Housekeeping is very respectful and timely with any request that you may need extra on top of your regular room service. This hotel is amazing I believe the only thing they need is a 24 hour butler service in a on campus massage Poler. It could really be a mini resort

Oct 2021The room was larger than expected and I loved it! The staff was super friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good as they provided a variety of food which is always a plus. Would stay here again as my stay was wonderful.

I wished that there was more stairs to access the upper floors instead of taking the elevators. Also, here could have been more elevators at the hotel.

Employees. When eating breakfast with our children we asked where the closest bathroom was. We were on the 5th floor. Was told we needed to go to the second floor. Later we found a huge multi stall bathroom right down the hall. Waffles frozen in the middle. When you ask a question staff was short and kinda rude.

Apr 2021The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was convenient and appropriate. The room was spacious and adequate for our needs.
The refrigerator in our room worked a little too well. On the last night, I noticed the off button and was able to keep it from freezing everything. I find this was as much my fault as the hotel's as I didn't reach out to the front desk.
