We had to request to adjust the final charge for the stay as we were charged more than the original charge on booking.

drawer was broken between beds - peep hole had been tampered with stayed open had to tape it to keep it shut.
Overall I would definitely stay again except this time bring my own drinks and find food nearby.
May 2022The staff was amazing, the guy the first night gave us complementary parking. The hotel was super clean and up to date, the room was a nice size also. Only about 15 mins from universal studios and about 5-6 mins from Walmart, Starbucks, etc.
The food was way over priced! It definitely could’ve tasted better for the price point they were charging.

The food at the "restaurant" was mediocre. The walk from the elevator to our room in the far corner of the building was equivalent to the LONG MILE. More egress are needed.

Jul 2021The location is the best for my stay I was able to go to LA and the Valley fast just in the middle of both .
I did not like that we have to pay for parking if I am all ready paying to stay in your room why have us pay for property parking? And I ask for towels and they limited me and my partner and said we were just allowed one new Set a day.

The booking.com price is totally a la carte. They have significant add-ons for parking and pets that I didn’t see mentioned in their information.
