Jan 2020The staff were excellent and they were very supportive to all the pilgrims. The facilities were good
The location is but far from Haram (almost 750-800m) which is quite a bit walk considering sometime it takes a while to make it for Salah.
The stay was good as we had been to perform umra.
Sep 2022The location was good. The room was small with no extra space. Hotel has good food and beverages options around it.
Bathroom shower door was congested and difficult to enter. Hotel breakfast was ordinary with only Arabic cuisine.
The lift system is quite tedious. Sometimes need to wait for long time as the lift works one direction only.
No parking and no one was helping us to get the parking. would not recommend with family

not able to get near hotel and not got the parking and traffic police fined 350 SAR on us
Did have any option but to stay as other hotels were fully booked or a bit far.

The hotel is not five star at all. The toilets in the lobby smells and they spray bukhoor to make it smell better but in reality makes it worse. The rooms when we first arrived was so dusty that we got sick.we asked them to clean but they had to do in the morning as No cleaners . We told them to change our rooms but the one we had was better of.So we had to sleep in the dusty room. Their food is standard the toilets are not that clean feels like it’s leaking and there was a Morley smell when we came be sure to put the bathroom ventilator on to help with the smell.In the end our cleaner was such a humble guy we asked him to clean properly and mop and we had to inspect when he does it.It should be a low budget hotel with at-most 3 star but it’s not a 5 star hotel. We paid one day extra by mistake and when we brought to the hotel managers attention was approved but the supervisor and the receptionist were taking us in circles very frustrating.
