Mar 2020Really friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the different mountain areas and also places to eat and transport options! They also provided a shuttle service when you needed to and from the lifts and local bus terminal and at night if you needed to restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of storage, comfy beds and good shower! Breakfast in the morning was great - and the pizzas on pizza night (wednesdays) was ace. Great warm boot room for drying gear! Free laundry machines too. Short walk to nice restaurants and bars!
The heater in the room could be a little better.

Fabulous Australian lodge style accommodation in the heart of Hakuba.
Jan 2023friendly lodge style atmosphere. cheerful pleasant staff who really looked after us, transport to and from the nearby resorts and restaurants is exceptional.
my only criticism is that the restaurant is locked in the early morning till 7am and there are no alternative tea and coffee making facilities.
