Mar 2022We loved our stay at Sunbreeze. The location was perfect for us, easy to walk to all the different restaurants and along the beach. Staff were helpful with booking snorkeling trips and golf cart rental for a day. Staff went above and beyond keeping the property clean.

The only negative regarding this accommodation is that the pool is quite small and doesn’t get a lot of sun, but they do provide loungers out on the dock for sunning. We did enjoy the pool as it was very refreshing in the heat of the day and we were usually the only ones in it.

Beautiful place to stay. The room view was exceptional. Staff was very attentive. Food was awesome. Will stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay but we were very surprised by the golf cart traffic.
May 2023The suite was roomy, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was super comfortable.
It was a little closer to the busy part of town than I would have liked. However that did make it convenient for groceries, restaurants, etc.

The bar was off center of courtyard with pool. The noise from that echoed to the rooms. The positive note is they did close things down by 10:00 pm

Jun 2021The staff here are very helpful in helping booking things. They were also friendly. The location is close to the airport as well as the ferry. There is an attached restaurant that does live music on certain days.

The wifi was very poor. It didn't work all the time. Had to tell the desk multiple times it was out. It didn't work in the bedroom and only mainly worked when you go outside

Apr 2021The rooms are well equipped with a full kitchen, nice bathroom and views right over the sea. The property cleanliness was excellent - it was spotless. Staff was nice and the location was convenient to everything.

Mar 2023the location was perfect. you don’t need to rent a golf cart. it’s 2 blocks from the water taxi and plenty of food and beach to hang out on. we did the excursion with the amigos company right next door. top notch.
it would be nice if filtered water was in the rooms but on each floor hallway was nice!

Apr 2021The location was great, very close to downtown making the city easy to explore by foot (no cart rental needed). Great for scuba diving as it's close to several dive operators.
No pickup from the local airport, had to take a taxi, but is within walking distance if taking the ferry. Beds were more firm than to our liking but didn't stop us from sleeping and getting rest.

Apr 2023The best thing about this place is the location! The staff is WONDERFUL as well. We usually stay in condo-style places north and south on the island, but with what our plans were and the 1st-time Belizers, this was ideal. Perfect compromise! Close to everything in town, a semi-private very clean beach area, and nice pool! Staff at the on-site restaurant/bar were excellent too.
I wish there was better clean drinking water access. The water spout for clean drinking water is in the hallway. Threw me off a little...

Apr 2023Property and beach were both great. The sea grass that washes up on other properties was not present due to the extended sea wall.
Pool was very small for kids to play in but refreshing to cool off in fo r the parents.
