Dec 2021This is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, the showers were hot with great water pressure. So and Yuka looked after us very well -- they helped us with bus and shuttle schedules and were so accommodating when we asked to be dropped off or picked up.

Dec 2021The staff are awesome! It's a nice place: simple but cozy, clean and comfortable, so all what I expected. The shuttle bus are just in front of the hotel so it's cool. You might need a car if you want to go more places but we just went ski and onsen, then the staff are so kind to pick us up! Big thanks!
The heater in the room was a little bit noisy. If you have a light sleep you may need earplugs.

Hosts are very helpful and friendly.
The location is also perfect that shuttle bus to Goryo stops just in front of the hotel, and less than 10 mins walk to Base Camp where takes you to more other Ski areas.

Cozy and Happy Stay!
Jan 2023Sparkling clean! It was very cozy and made us feel like home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood was quiet yet it was closed to central location and restaurants (via car).
The beds were a bit too soft for us.

Nice place with hostel feel! You have your own room with big comfortable bed and toilet.
Free shuttle bus stop right outside the lodge which brings you to the major skiing spots.

Jan 2023Mr Chan, the owner is an absolute legend. He picked us up and dropped us off at Hakuba station, he arranged ski/snowboard hire, he put the fire on in the common room for us one night, he offered us wine on another night, he cooked a delicious breakfast each morning and we had many things to choose from. He also helped us call different restaurants to make a booking.
The hotel had a home like feeling, was very clean and in a great location.
It was an excellent experience. I really want to go back there again! ^^
