The Pool and the Breakfast

The people try but they need coaching Experience lacking

The watirs cannot comprehend to listen to instructions or orders. Never know how to service client . Like tea milk etc

The location, cleaness, staff.

This is the third stay I had in this hotel, and it used to be my favourite hotel in Conakry, but this time the experience was very different. The hotel is very expensive for what you get. It needs renovation. The bed sheets in my room was dirty and old, the pillows were stained, the towels were old and stained. No amenities in the room, you need to call them to ask for it, not even slippers!!!. Breakfast was a joke even a one star hotel would offer better options.

The Location and interior design

The breakfast was relatively the same for every single day I spent there.

The hotel was very good and I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast could be improved upon by bringing in more variety

The food is excellent. The location is pleasant -- a place I consider taking my family to visit one day. The ambience has that sophisticated holiday feel! And the fact that you can look out to sea, that is just priceless!

The room I was allocated is very close to the elevator. I did not like the constant noise of the elevator opening and closing. The previous visit, I was further from the elevator, so I did not have that problem.

The facilities and location are good. The view from Hotel is beautiful. Staffs are cooperative. Overall experience is OK.

The food quality and variety are not up to the mark. The hotel authority should think of bringing variety in breakfast and buffet items and, most importantly, emphasise improving the food quality. The room floor was wet most of the time (understand with most of the rooms on the 4th floor).

The breakfast was all gone by 9.20 am massive queues for an omelette , not enough staff for the amount of people booked in

To check in took an hour and 30 mins , wrong room was given to what was paid for and due to hotel being full couldn’t be moved . Ants were rife in the bedroom . AC in the room couldn’t be controlled , either too hot or freezing . A couldn’t care attitude from all staff

Situation ok near Kaloum, nice design, nice and helpful staff

Some minor problems with room lock and vault, swimming pool not open in early morning ro in the evening, some minor misunderstandings regarding room cleaning, important water infiltration in room during a thunderstorm

The food at the hotel is very bad

service there was problem with bathroom and kept complaining but no response we had to go down many times for toilet asked them to change the room but no response very sad

Food was expired

Breakfast has to be improved upon. When i arrived my room was not ready until until after 2200hrs. I arrived in hotel at 1400hrs. Also house cleaning will open your door even when you are sleeping and wake u up with their voice.
