The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is security at the hotel and it is very safe. The pool / exercise equipment / sauna are a great feature to the hotel.

Need someone in the pool / exercise area to handle the keys to the lockers

The room was very comfortable and clean. A free airport transfer was organised the next day.

The check-in process took ages and much longer to any other hotel we stayed in. The breakfast was average, my omelette had no salt at all.

The hotel was really good! Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. It's located at a safe area of Bogota and 10 mins away from the airport. Make sure your breakfast is included in your room because it's freaking good!

The hotel has really nice amenities, it’s clean and the breakfast is exceptionally good. The staff speak English.

I asked for late checkout for an extra fee, i was told this was not possible so we checked out early and stayed outside to waste some time but noone had come to the room even though we were told to leave early.

The breakfast was amazing! There were different selections each day. The fruit was fresh and the hot options were delicious. The option to sit outside and take in the lovely weather and view was an added bonus!

I recieved a corner room and the layout was odd and there were several broken items in the room. I did say something during my last 24 hours of my stay and the staff happily moved me to a different room. They were kind enough to move my luggage while I was working during the day.

The breakfast is one of the best in Bogota. Also the pool, turco, and sauna are great. Exceptional service at the hotel. Also the restaurant Hashi has great food, especially the sushi.

The gym could use improvement.

The breakfast buffet was good and Marisol was a lovely attentive waitress.

I'm not sure why this hotel is open. Despite the reception being well staffed and the hotel virtually empty during our stay, no one answered the telephone or my email the day before our arrival to arrange airport taxi / collection. We had booked 2 rooms on the executive floor - all exec floor facilites were closed, as was the restaurant - but we were not advised of this at check in. They do offer a free snack / drink at the bar, but we only found this out by accident while talking to another traveller. The wifi code didn't recognise our room number, but it allowed us to enter our son's room number. Also our room keys only ever worked once. This meant constant trips back to the reception to get them sorted, which is a pain, especially from the top floor. Each time we were reassured the problem was fixed .... but we continued to have the same problem every 2nd time we tried to use them during our entire 48 hour stay. All of the shops on the ground floor are closed and there is scaffolding in the interior. It wasn't clear if the hotel is in the process of refurbishment or closure, but it was by far our most expensive stay in the 15 days we enjoyed in Colombia, and certainly not worth the price. The Casa Dann Carlton Bogota on the other hand is excellent.

There was a funny smell entering the room. We reported it but nothing was done.

The best since a long time! big choice for the breakfast, charming people, complimentory glass of vine and fruits, fair price - simply perfect!!

The bed was comfortable.

The parking lot exit process was a nightmare. No one, and I mean no one, help us with our bags. At night I called 5 times to the reception to get some drinks and no one answered or even bothered to return the call, and I had to change, go down and get the drinks myself. Also the main door did not work.

Checking, was bad. Because the hotel didnt find our reservation. After 15min they found it..

They did not serve us at the bar because one of my employees was eating a hamburger that was from an ourside place. Omg

there was no water for 30 minutes. The electricity went out 7 times, the wifi was not working, the food was not prepared well. The bathroom smelled of mildew and the shower curtain had a horrible smell. No water pressure. Old outdated televisions, non working elevators all morning
