Mar 2022Thumbs up is not enough, but "hands up" for your excellent service! The staff are friendly and very accommodating especially Allan, Erin, Jed and Niño. The food is good and the place is so relaxing. I had really enjoyed our stay here. 😊 Keep it up.... til next time

Mar 2022The location is good, the staff is exceptional specially the security personals. It has a basement safe parking which is great. The main entrance is nice and clean. The availability of nearby food options, shopping mall, banks, super market makes it a very nicely located hotel.
The room size was not as we expected, saw cockroaches in the room (we were there just for one night so didn't request for room change) and the TV has just the news channels, only one movie channel out of 70 odd channels. We requested for higher floor but it seems no one even bothered to look into the request, even the hotel was not super crowded. It's a bit overpriced hotel compared to other options in the area.

Feb 2022The location is close the one of the biggest shopping centre in Asia - The Mall of Asia - where we had our dinner and a few shopping. We find it very convenient and handy. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Room is good and clean. We stayed only overnight but we were happy with our stay. COVID restrictions and rules were strictly followed.
