The area around the hotel isn't safe because strangers just hang around nearby.

The room wasn’t big but it was comfortable, clean and had all that we could ever need. The reception staff was always very friendly!

room is comfortable room amenities are decent bed is very comfortable with 4 pillows and 2 small cuishons 24 hours shop room decor is a fusion of classic english style + malay/indonesion. the ambience is like typical room in horror movies but I like it. air cond is cool enough fan also working plugs are working

mini bar not working flow trap clogged, not totally clogged but the water is very slow to drain tv channels no lift only stairs prayer mat and qibla direction is not available

The room was full with small flies all over the bed, the dressing table, inside the bathroom not to mention inside the kettle. Spider web also can be seen all over the ceiling even inside the bathroom. the bedsheet that was used was torn and the duvet didn’t seem to be cleaned as there are many traces of dirt that can be seen. I bet they even didn’t sanitise the room at all. there is even a pack of sausages along with the frozen ice inside the refigerator. I wonder why the houskeeping never check it. The aircond is not functioning well and the owner didn’t intend to replace the aircond, maybe thats why there’s a ceiling fan as back up. Seriously, its damn hot. The water heater is not functioning at all but I like the water pressure which is strong even the room is in the 3rd floor. To be honest, cheaper hostels are more comfortable to stay as their facility is even better than this hotel. Did told the receptionist about that, she asked whether we want change the room. Since we’ve been outside the whole day and return to the hotel at midnight, we are too tired to change the room.
