Jan 2023We stayed here for our honeymoon kickoff from Munnar, It is perfectly located at the heart of the city centre, Parking here is a bit tricky as the hotel entrance is just at the slope.
Hotel staff is very courteous, Premises were been cleaned at regular intervals and the property had a relaxing fragrance all the time.
The rooms were decent size and the stay was overall comfortable.
I'll definitely recommend it to anyone who's coming to Munnar for a perfect stay.
There was a really annoying staircase music been played all the time which creeps in the room as the soundproofing of the rooms are very weak, one can easily hear what is happening inside and out. This was the most disappointing part of our trip.
Everything exceeding expectation except the massage parlor.
Jan 2023We hired a private transportation provider which took us three hours from the Cochin airport to Munar. On checking in, we requested to arrange local tours which hotel already have business connections with the local tour providers. They charged less than those offered in Trip Adviser.
The hotel was nice enough to arrange a massage service for us. But we did not like the massage parlor. They did not have separate change room or locker room and did not provide a sandal or sleeper and let us step on the filthy oily floor by the bare feet.

Aug 2022The only place in Munnar to have a cold beer! The best hotel we stayed in India, it was a breath of oxygen. Staff is super helpful everywhere (recption, restaurant, etc). Extremly recomended.

The hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I stayed in in Munnar.
Staff members are great.
Restaurant is very good and it's staff is helpful, especially Muhan.
Front desk personnel were professionals and nice with us.
