MIRAVERE Hotel

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. There were all the necessary amenities - toothbrushes, slippers, shampoos, shower gels, etc., and even body lotions and more. Wifi was of very good quality. Parking slots were provided to the guests of the hotel.

The breakfast was the weakest part of the service. It was very scarce, a small variety of food. Some food and hot drinks were placed where guests could not reach, so you had to ask the staff to give you a piece of ham or hot tea/coffee.

The staff was attentive and professional, responding to our requests time and time again, patiently and courteously, always with a smile. It was wonderful, Thank you so much for perfect hosting

the staff in the front desk were nice but in the restaurant in the breakfast time their was a guy very bad waiter. also, in the breakfast time their was a young lady very smart and helpful one.

The coffee mugs and glasses were not changed when the room was cleaned. Limited breakfast options.

The rooms were quite clean and tidy, very comfortable and cozy. the staff was particularly amazing and the service was exceptional as well. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. exceptional interior design by the way. would definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues.

the location was perfect. not too central and not too far away from the centre. also many food options near by.

the breakfast was a little limited. and it started at 8am which was a little late for our leaving day as our flight was early-ish.

the location is good from many point of view, if u eat Indian food then there is very good Indian restaurant called Khushi just opposite the hotel and metro station is quite close so overall location is good

the housekeeping staff is not available 24*7 so in case u don’t have a dental kit in the room and u need that before 8 am don’t expect that :)

The hotel is very nice and clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Salome she helped me a lot and also the receptionist David helped me a lot with moving the luggage and the breakfast staff especially Mariam she was very kind cheerful and very helpful, the breakfast was varied and good. I highly recommend the hotel and will come back again

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, close to many great places to eat. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, cozy. The room is big, the beds are comfy, and the bathroom is nice and clean.

The internet connection in the room is pretty unreliable. The breakfast options could be more varied.

The hotel is located in a good spot of Tbilisi and pretty much close to the down town. Room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable and definitely match photos on the site. What was the most important for me is a comfortable bed. Mattress is not cheap and provides a needed level of comfort. There is a modern large screen TV in the room which satisfies me a lot since I like watching movies connecting my laptop via HDMI cable. Included breakfasts were so tasty and varied from day to day. Just love it! However all mentioned in the above is just a small pieces of a bigger picture of what this hotel is. Its greatest asset is a personal of young, motivated and talented people. I'd like to note and say a huge thanks to Davit and Salome. Those guys are literally very attentive and kind to every guest. I didn't meet such people at any hotel I visited before. I felt always under their attention and didn't felt any pressure. Davit suggested us different bars and restaurants that we visited and were very happy about that. He told us a bit of Georgian history and prompted us to visit a couple of amazing historical places. Salome did everything for us to make our staying in the hotel as much comfortable as it's possible. We had a late flight back home and she was that person who made a late checkout for us. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Thank you for comfortable staying. The hotel met me warmly, helped with luggage, told me all the details - wi-fi, breakfast. It was quiet and very comfortable. Also very clean. Delicious breakfasts. And a quick wash of my clothes

Staff were nice. They upgraded our first room on our second night because we complained.

It was outdated. The facilities in the bathroom were falling off. It is a good hotel but needs upgrades for sure.
