Wonderful hotel, welcoming and kind staff, excellent food, wide room, services

We stayed for two nights and had a great time. Rooms are spacious and comfy, Staff was very friendly and helped get in contact with a tour operator for the Angkor Wat visit the following morning. For our (very) early wakeup we had a good lunch box. The hotel is modern and clean, nicely decorated. The night market and Pub street district is within a 10 min walk.

Very nice hotel with beautiful decoration and design! Attentive staff and central location, nice choice of restaurants around as well as in the hotel. We loved our stay and the bed is one of the most comfortable one we slept in. Nice sustainable choices and details (e.g. yoga mat available in the room)

Almost nothing ! Maybe the possibility to have a drink outside in the evening as the restaurants of the hotel close relatively soon (10.30). We asked for two glasses of Prosecco on NYE and that was not possible which is a bit sad for such a beautiful hotel / standing. Else, nothing to say, we would recommend for sure !

This property is absolutely stunning. The modern, thoughtful decor, complete with beautiful plant life really makes this place feel like an oasis. The staff are incredibly helpful, speak wonderful english, remember you and treat you wonderfully. We were so pleased with our stay, we can't wait to come again. The room itself was plenty spacious, even with a rollaway bed set up. The team has thought of everything in terms of set-up and design, so you don't feel like you're living out of a suitcase. There's plenty of storage and seating to really be comfortable. The terrace is a wonderful bonus. All the fixtures are of the highest quality and everything feels fresh and incredible well maintained. The pool is the perfect temperature, with a great menu of food/drink to enjoy poolside. The setting for the pool also makes it the perfect place to relax after lots of walking at the temples. Great size, plenty of shade and recliner options. One of the highlights for us, for sure. The location is perfect, lots of local food options nearby, while also easy wandering to the more touristy/busy areas. The calm of the general area makes the location feel even better. Very easy to get a tuk tuk or go for a stroll. We can't wait for our next stay and wish all our hotel stays were as good as this one!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and the breakfast was good.

On arrival I was told that the category of room I had reserved was not available, this is not acceptable. The decoration of the hotel & rooms was rather dull. They tried to use natural materials but it was drab, no colour, no flowers anywhere. The attitude of the General Manager was far from appropriate. She was very unfriendly, unsympathetic when you had a problem and generally rude. Other customers staying at the same time as me made the same refection on her behaviour. Astonishingly, there was a dog running around the Seed restaurant one day, not acceptable for a hotel of this category. He was also lying in the middle of the reception at times. I later learnt that this was the General Managers dog.

woken up around 7 am by staff greeting guests with “good morning” . again, the staff was great and super friendly but you don’t want to be waken up by good morning greetings. moreover, breakfast was a bit small and they would not allow to have a second order or choose 2 options from the menu.
