Great hotel for a layover.
Mar 2020This place was a great spot to stay near the airport for our layover. There was even complementary airport pickup and drop off. The breakfast was great too. I had several helpings of the dumplings and noodles. All in all, totally recommend for a layover. We didn't explore around much but there was food options nearby.

Feb 2023The hotel is really nice, close to the airport and the free shuttle is a plus. The room was amazing, really clean and nice. The breakfast was also included and it was nice. It is a good option to stay if you have to go back to the airport
It was really noisy in the morning. I don’t know where the music was coming from, but it was impossible to relax in the room for hours.

I only stayed here for one night but the pros outweighs the cons.
Mar 2022I love my room! The staff are really friendly and very accommodating. The location is just a 10 min drive to Florentia Village and nearby Disney too. It is in the middle of a local area near the airport but surprisingly, there's Burger King, Starbucks, Saezeriya and a grocery store in the area.
The AC in my room seems dysfunctional. The entrance, reception and lobby seem unusual but the room made up for it. Access to "executive lounge" is unexpected. It only meant unlimited drinks on the fridge (softdrinks, beer and bottled water).

Staff did not understand English and there was a lot of misunderstandings re shuttle to airport.

Mar 2022Front desk had awesome service. They went above and beyond to help and make us comfortable. Love the balcony as well. Breakfast wasn't bad. Just simple.
Toilet wasn't clean when we arrived and the sheets and towels were a bit old.

as always- breakfast in chinese hotels are not great. would have been happy with a few fried eggs!
