Jul 2020You won't find a better host in Scott. Very kind and helpful. Only there two nights, but it was a very peaceful getaway.
Note: At the time we were there (July), there was virtually zero current, almost looked like a lake. Scott said it was probably 20 feet deep there.

May 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our quiet retreat. The river front was beautiful. The owners were helpful and available. They greeted us on arrival. The cabin was clean and cozy. Had an amazing time. Close to good restaurants and local attractions. Spent much time outside on hiking trails nearby. Laying in the hammock. Will absolutely consider coming back when we visit eureka springs again. And will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Mar 2021We stayed in the Dogwood cabin as a last minute getaway. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a nice, peaceful getaway. Close enough to go in to town (Eureka Springs) for shopping, eating, or anything else.

Oct 2019We have found our "place". We loved the location directly on the river, and with easy access to the main highway. The property is beautiful, quiet, and very clean. My husband was able to fish from the bank, and there was plenty of seating available for me to sit with my camera. Scott was a very attentive host and made sure we had what we needed. We plan to return as much as possible.

Sep 2022We had an amazing time for our weekend getaway. Kayaking, wine tasting, antique shopping, Great Passion Play...we loved it all. The cabin was perfect for the two of us to relax and enjoy each other. Thank you for such great hospitality!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Sep 2020We had a great stay in the Sycamore cabin for a week! The peace and quiet was great, Scott was very friendly and helpful to our needs and also got us on some nice rides on our trike and some good spots to fish.
The cabin was very clean and comfortable and we loved the front porch overlooking the river! Recommended stay. 😎�

Aug 2020This was exactly as described by the listing. We enjoyed the peaceful setting with several extras available to us such as canoeing/kayaking, fishing only 30+ feet away. I really enjoyed watching the swallowtail butterflies that flocked to the payapa tree in front of the cabin. So many of them (50+). We would definitely stay here again.

Oct 2020This was easy from start to finish. Scott is a great host. He’s communicative, friendly and approachable. His 3 dogs make great assistants for him as they make sure your stay is enjoyable. Our cabin (Dogwood) was steps from the White River and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. We have a grand plan to get our family to rent out all the cabins at once for a sort of family reunion with distance. You are close enough to Eureka Springs that you can go in town for meals. Better yet, bring your groceries and your fishing tackle and settle in to relax.

Sep 2019This little cabin was perfect for a relaxing getaway for the weekend. It was near enough to Eureka Springs for going out to dinner and exploring downtown if you like. Scott was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We brought our kayaks but the water was too cold for the kind we have (they have holes in the bottom that let some water in for balancing.) He has a canoe and fishing kayak there that he will gladly let you borrow. He even offered to take us up the dam so we could float back down. The water was calm enough that we took out the fishing kayak and just paddled upstream a little and drift fished down a ways. That way when we got too hot we could just cool off in the cabin. Bank fishing was pretty good, too. You could also just sit and enjoy the river without doing anything. There are four little cabins and the owner's home on the property. It is very well maintained with plenty of privacy. The cabins are spaced apart nicely. It's easy to get down to the water and there are a few places to sit with chairs and tables. Overall, a very pleasant weekend getaway.
