May 2023What an amazing weekend at this beautiful cabin! It was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed to get some quality time away from the hustle and bustle of normal life, disconnect, be present with each other and feel peace. Jeff was an amazing host, super responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend and was the perfect size for the 2 of us with an awesome deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee, meals, and nightcaps, a hot tub to relax in and take in the views, a grill, and firepit. Rt 100 was so pretty to drive up and down while exploring area sights including two waterfalls right down the road. We came back from our trip feeling super refreshed. 100% recommend and would book again!

Apr 2023My girlfriend and I wanted to go to Vermont to celebrate her birthday. We spent a couple days going through the different listings and the Little Loft immediately jumped out. The owner Jeff, was very nice and offered many ideas of what we could do in the area.
After arriving to the Little Loft on the first day, we could tell we would have a great weekend ahead of us. The space was very clean and although it was a small space, there were many accommodations. My girlfriend and I are tall but we found the small cabin to be cozy and welcoming after a long day of hiking. Even though it rained for half the trip we were still able to enjoy her birthday and have a great time. Thanks again!

Apr 2023My man and I had the best time at the little loft. Perfect reset for us before we headed back to work for the season. Jeff was beyond amazing, helpful and kind. The loft is a dream space, anything and everything you need is there. So private and calming. We will definitely be back for years to come. Already planning our next trip.

Mar 2023The Little Loft was SO cute, quiet, and peaceful. Jeff was an excellent communicator and left clear directions and helpful tips. The only suggestion i would make is not at all to do with the loft- but that they “suggest” 4WD and snow tires. I simply cannot imagine getting up the final dirt (or in our case, mud) road without 4WD. My little sedan would have been toast. If you don’t have access to a car with 4WD- only book in the summer. Otherwise, it was an idyllic stay for us and our pup 😊

Mar 2023My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and what a perfect place to do so! We used all the outdoor amenities and the hot top was awesome, especially when it was snowing out. The inside was extremely user friendly, everything was labeled. A 12 out of 10 experience! Thank you Jeff for being a wonderful host and we’ll be back next year for sure.

Mar 2023My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time at this property. The host provided everything we needed for our 3 nights. The kitchen was stocked with the supplies we needed to cook, snowshoes were available which allowed us to explore the surrounding area, and the hot tub was perfect at all times of the day. It was evident that care was taken to not only provide a clean, cozy space but also an experience. Instructions for check-in and for different aspects of the cabin were very clearly written. The neighborhood is very quiet which allowed us to enjoy the sounds of nature, but Burlington was only about an hour drive north for a day trip. Would highly recommend this for a couple people wanting a quiet Vermont escape.

Mar 2023It's a tiny cabin. Everything is so cozy and lovely. The selling point of the cabin is the outdoor space with both a nice fire pit and an AMAZING hot tub. The deck is really nice, but it was very cold so we didn't use it to its full potential. The details -- fast internet, dishware, washer/dryer, etc -- were all on point. If I had one complaint it would be the single-ply toilet paper. Everything else was so thoughtful.

Mar 2023Such a great trip to Vermont! We brought our 4 month old puppy- Franklin and he had a blast! We went snowshoeing, hung out by the fire, and relaxed in the hot tub. Highly recommend!!

Mar 2023this was my first time using vrbo type of booking and I have to say if they are all like this then I'm up for more. this place is so cute and cozy. very well stocked with supplies. although we were caught in a snow storm, the tiny fire stove kept the place so warm and toasty, we still enjoyed the hot tub and was able to go on a short walk on the plowed roads. I would definitely book again. maybe without the snow this time.

Feb 2023Has everything you need in a nice tucked away cabin. Great location, fireplace and hot tub were awesome amenities to have under the stars. Jeff was an amazing host; communicative, friendly, and even made sure the driveway was salted/sanded for my car! Would definitely recommend!

Feb 2023Wow! What a spectacular property! My husband and I decided to book a honeymoon to the little loft on one of the coldest weekends in a long time (actual temps of -25!) We turned up the gas stove and could not have been more comfortable. We cozied up and watched some movies, played some board games, and just enjoyed some time disconnected from the bustle of the city. We cooked dinner and a full spread for breakfast in the little kitchen. While little, the loft has everything we could have possibly needed to spend some quality time together. Our dog Brannelly was very comfortable and loved the loft as well. Because of the temperatures, we weren't ready to use the hot tub until the end of our trip but when we were able, it was so relaxing!!! We cannot wait to travel back and hopefully get some clear skies to enjoy stargazing under the stars! If you are looking for some time relaxing and disconnected, I highly recommend the little loft!

The cabin was well-maintained, easy to figure out, and really gives you that woodland cabin feel (but with all the modern perks!). It was perfectly cozy, but didn't feel cramped. Full sized fridge, shower, etc, which you don't always get in the "tiny" houses! Jeff really cares about his renters -- I loved the extra information he made available on the cabin's website, and he made sure we were aware of incoming snow in the area. Hot tub was great, and really easy to use as well. Beautiful location. Would definitely rent again!

Jan 2023We have a fabulous weekend at the Cozy Loft, it was just what we'd hoped for and more. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable. Cozy is the right word to describe it -- the overall space is small but it was easy for the two of us to relax and share the space together. We enjoyed hiking, cooking dinner, exploring the area, and soaking in the hot tub. We will definitely return!

The owner is extremely nice and very responsive if you have any questions or need anything. The overall stay was better than we could have expected. Jan 2023Words can’t describe how lovely this little loft was! My boyfriend and I had the best of times! It was so clean and they had everything you may need! The hot tube was a bonus! We enjoyed hikes around the area and trying new breweries! We will for sure be renting again in the future! Hopefully in the fall! Thank you again!

Jan 2023The Little Loft was as described. The property was nice to snowshoe around with my dog and the hot tub was a great way to get outside in the cold weather. It was somewhat remote but close enough to some restaurants and ski mountains as mentioned. I would recommend it to others.

Dec 2022We were so excited about this trip with all the stress and chaos to just escape. The place was exactly what I wanted but we left with a kinked neck(me) and my boyfriend with a bad back where it ended up with us leaving a day early but also didn’t want to leave during the snow the next morning. The place was clean and everything you’d wish for an escape just wasn’t the trip for us.

Dec 20225 stars isn’t enough to describe how GREAT of a trip my boyfriend and I had this past weekend! Let me just start off by saying that during our stay we received about 15 inches of snow in total! That said, Jeff was so amazing with communicating with how we can safely get there and he even went as far as letting us arrive earlier in the day for our check in. Needless to say, this quiet, little cabin was the PERFECT getaway for any occasion and is truly worth any drive! We can’t wait to come back!<3

Our host, Jeffery, was so incredibly thoughtful - from the information in check-in, surrounding area’s restaurants, things to do and a surprise bottle of champagne for our honeymoon! Dec 2022Thank you so much to Jeff and his family for opening up the loft for everyone to share. My partner and I had an amazing romantic getaway. Our lives are very busy but this was a perfect place to get away and focus on each other, and enjoy the peace and quiet as well as the beauty of Vermont. It was perfect! The hot tub was amazing and felt so relaxing to spend time in. We will definitely be back someday!

Nov 2022We loved the quietness that the “Little Loft” provided. The local restaurants were phenomenal. We especially enjoyed the dinner at Michael’s on the Hill. Other than that relaxing in the cabin and enjoying the hot tub was perfect. We were definitely pleased with our stay and hope to get back to Vermont and share some experiences with our kids!
