The view was extraordinary

The views were spectacular and exactly what we wanted. We will definately be back the next time we visit Cape Town.

The views of the bay and mountains are spectacular (we stayed in Saigon and Havana) and facilities were great, well equipped with great considerations to homely comforts like multiple plug adapters and even extention cords. There's a good spacious feel in the rooms and the kitchens are very well equipped with even gas BBQ facilities on the large balconies.

There is nothing to dislike really, it was a wonderful experience.

The views of Hout bay are stunning and the apartment is really well presented. It was really nice to see an invertor available for the frequent power cuts SA is endiring and the shower was amazing -also with an amazing view!

We were perturbed by the CCTV cameras on the balcony and however innocent they claimed them to be on the telephone, it made us feel uncomfortable and spoilt our stay somewhat because there seemed to be a lack of trust between the owner and the paying guest. I am a believer that if you rent a space (including the balcony) you should have the upmost privacy and this should be respected. I own a CCTV company (Power on Television ltd) and I know exactly what cameras can do and where they should be located for insurance purposes and this doesn't quite fit their explaination and allows remote viewing from an app to probably see if anyone is smoking outside! The constant reminders posted around for NO SMOKING - YOU MAY BE FINED did cheapen the experience and left us quite happy to leave this place behind. It's a shame because it's a beuatiful place, but some people shouldn't be in hospitality if they don't like people! By the way, I don't smoke.

The view from our room was everything. Richard came through when we checked in and made sure that we were settled in and comfortable. The kids were also placed in a room close to ours and they loooved their time there. Richard also made some recommendations on eating places and beach 🏖 which were a hit 😊🤗.

The kitchen a little bit small but can work around it

The Manager/Owner was very helpful allowing us to book in earlier, she was very helpful in arranging a iron on a Sunday night when the irons was not available. Thank you for your hospitality. Had a wonderful stay.

The noise from the traffic was unexpected and a bit distracting from the amazing view.

The location was very good. However, it does not seem to be a frequently visited area by Uber/Bolt. Long waiting times for taxis. The unit was very clean and met all my expectations. Instructions on how to access the unit were clear and concise. Had a small issue with the cleanliness of the pool area which was rectified very quickly. Can see the owner takes a lot of pride in the unit and is very involved.

Our unit was not a true reflection of the pictures on the website. An oversight on my behalf and was left slightly disappointed. Pool area was not usable on first day, however this was cleaned up very quickly.
