The kids bedroom is separate to the main house with the main door not having a proper lock so was slightly concerning for us as parents.

Exceptional hosts in a superb location!
Jan 2021This was the most fantastic week away for our family (2 adults and 2 kids ages 14 & 9). The location was breath taking and Angie and Roland made us feel so welcome. They went the extra mile from fresh eggs to farm walks, feeding the animals, treasure hunts and so much more. What a wonderful family! We used Angie's as a base to explore around the Hutt Valley and Wellington and is was perfect.

Mar 2023This is a nice, neat little home that is close to Wellington but off the main path just enough to be quiet and have a country feel. It's on a small farm so there are sheep, chickens, and the owner's dog running around.

Jun 2021 It was very clean and very warm, the beds are super comfy, The shower was amazing!!
Unfortunately we had bad weather so didnt get a chance to go for a walk BUT looked like a beautiful rural setting . We will most definitely be back :)

2 degrees cell cover was non existent BUT we had very good wifi.
I stayed for two nights on a work trip, it was a home away from home and very cozy
