Dec 2021The hotel was quick to respond and staff was ready to serve at thier best. We checked in by mid night there and the most satisfactory thing was that the owner of the hotel himself was waiting was for and made sure that we have reached the property comfortably. The hotel staff was to cooperative and breakfast was very good. Specially the tea, we ordered it twice. The location was awsome and had pleasent mountain view from the room.
The rooms were lacking basic amenties, there was no towel in the room, no soap at all. NO TV. The room was shaggy and was in poor condition the room mat was so ditry, the room was not at all as we expected. There was no intercom in the room. The staff is good but need to focus more on basic amentines and facilities to win more positive reviews.

Jan 2020Kind hearted hospitality of old Manali people. Awesome view and a nice long 35-40 minute walk to mall road.
Better heating could've helped, but everything else was perfect, especially the people.
