Was nice, but the toilet did not work properly. So if you have to poop, expect a longer stay in the bathroom. 😅 Still very nice location.

The location was great, right in front of the Nam Xong River. You can walk out of your cottages and go right to the river. It is just a 5-10 minutes leisurely walk from the city centre. You can book buggies, tours and anything else easily. Our cottages didn't have a lot of mosquitoes in December. Stay was comfortable. It is also on the side of the river closer to Blue Lagoon 1, Angel Cave and Above Laos Hot Air Balloon company. Owner was supportive, but speaking in English will require some expert usage of Google Translate.

Location might look a bit precarious to some as it is between two wooden bridges which were not so sturdy. For the uninitiated, this might be scary. The rooms were just big enough for two people.

Quiet, beautiful riverside location. Our own wooden stilted bungalow in a flower filled garden next to the river. Charming staff who gave us good recommendations for tubing and balloon rides.

Nice owner, lovely bungalow next to the river, it’s cozy in the afternoon. Not in the centre but 10mins walk to the night market, if you come by a van or tuktuk, you might need to walk the last 5 minutes across a wooden bridge, where you can see a beautiful river view

Noises from the motos awaked us in the morning, shower water sooooo little, I can’t even wash my hair. Breakfast not included, but you can pay for it or there are many choices in the town.

Lovely place with really nice staff and great food. Relaxing place located right by the river, but it's still just 2 minutes over the bridge to the main street. And just because this was written sometimes: You don't have to pay any fee to cross the bridge.

Don't expect the shower to be the Niagara-Falls.

Location was superb

Outside of the room was not that much clean. Location is in the islands of the river and had to buy a ticket to cross the bridge, later a private bridge of another hotel was used.

Location, staff, facilities is okay, moreover good view.
