Kelly's Landing

We were booked into Kelly’s Landing but relocated due to ceiling leak. We stayed in a lovely room in the Eriksen Premises. Norma is super sweet and friendly and the accommodations were great.

We visited at the end of tourist season so it was guiet( a plus for me!) Breakfast was in one of the other buildings owned by this company,a short walk away, and service was good, as was breakfast.Staff were very friendly on check in!

It was very,very warm in the common area. Turning back the thermostat didn't seem to help.However it was cooler in our room and there was a ceiling fan. There was a motion light at the back of the house but no light by the entrance door making it difficult to use the lock keypad at night.

Well placed B&B in Trinity. Full breakfast, and I got staff. We had a room with 2 beds, it was very small

Bed was way to high for a short person, had to lay back then roll on to get in. Need a little stool.

This is a charming two story heritage home with 4 rooms on the second floor. The main floor has a sitting area with 2 couches, a coffee table, and a large screen TV. There were some movies and game cartridges in the TV cabinet. The dining room has a large table and room for 10. The kitchen wasn't accessible. But the wide hallway had tea and coffee supplies, a coffee maker, kettle, and large water jug. There is also a hotel size fridge. Our room had a queen bed with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom was small but functional. Like all older homes, electrical outlets were scarce but adequate for seasoned travellers. Registration and breakfast was offsite at the Eriksen Premises. The Eriksen Premises has a restaurant that was open until 9 pm and had a surprising number of items in the vegetarian menu. We had both our dinners there. The meals were excellent.

Toilet was too low for seniors with bad knees.

The staff was super helpful

There should be a landline phone in the house. The room should have been advertised as being incredibly tiny.

The property was clean, very “homey. Comfortable bed with lots of storage for clothing if you are staying longer. The Queen bedroom suite had a big bathroom. Downstairs “common room” had small fridge, complementary coffee. Continental Breakfast was served each morning at another location, a short pleasurable walking. The small town of Trinity is a beautiful spot. Highly recommend the stay.

The room could get “stuffy” when heating elements was turned on. Bathroom and ceiling fan helped but windows were locked. Not possible to let fresh air in.

The house, the rooms and inside decoration are lovely. You should check in before getting dark otherwise it might be a bit difficult to locate the house.
