Jun 2021Very clean room and staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was fantastic.
There were quite a few mix ups regarding our reservation of the restaurant through the room booking, and there were mix ups with our food orders at the restaurant.

Oct 2022The view was fantastic. Ariane the greeter graciously heated up a chicken pie for my sister and me as the restaurant was closed and we were dead tired. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning and Lucette the other greeter was equally charming.

Just a small thing, but the wifi was only available in the main building and when you're on the road trying to book other accommodation and receive updates this makes life a little difficult.

Sep 2022Nice location. Great view of the St. Lawrence River. Staff were friendly and the room was well-prepared.
We booked the room thru Booking.com for $159 per night, then were surprised when the hotel charged us $189. In spite of repeated efforts to get an explanation from the hotel, they have thus far refused to explain the discrepancy to us.
Way over priced for standard of of facilities,you’re paying top dollar for the location here.

Dec 2022it was actually closed for the season but the proprietor was kind enough to let us stay there anyway. Gave us some fresh ground coffee to take to our room. Rooms are in the process of being updated.
