Nov 2022The rooms were actually fine. Very basic.
The owner made me feel very uncomfortable as a young female solo traveller. He showed me the room and then took the payment and then after taking payment asked me to go for a drink with just him that night. Asking me to go for drinks late, very unprofessional and just wrong. It's not right to do that to someone so young in an unfamiliar place. I felt so uncomfortable that I booked somewhere else last minute and just escaped with my bags. And after reading some Google reviews I know I made the right choice...

Being midst of trees expect loads to crows cawing during early morning hours which we really cannot have control over.
No public transport to reach the place.

There's no WIFI on the premises, only at a nearby restaurant.

supervisor/owner of the property is too rude right from check in he kept on saying foreigners used to pay more than the mentioned amount . They mentioned wifi is there but there is no wifi
When enquired the owner rudely and derogatorily said mobile network is good enough why do you need wifi ? He shockingly he passed on some racial comments based on my location. Rudest and disrespectful property incharge/ owner I come across

There are so many ravens around making noise. Nearby the huts is noisy bar playing all day loud techno music. It's a perfect place for somebody admiring this type of sounds. Unfortnately it's not me. I would not like to complain cause it's not the host fault but this is how it is. Unfortunately, it has untapped potential to be soo cosy and good looking place.

The WORST experience in Goa!!
Dec 2022Not a single thing.. we booked for beach side huts but ended up in the owner's trashy guesthouse with bedbugs, insects, no flush and no hygiene. When asked about the reservation the owner kept yelling at me about how booking.com confirmation does not guarantee a reservation. The worst experience I had in Goa. We had to pay 1000 rs and choose the guest house as we had no other options to stay the night. I would not recommend this place.

Nov 2022Much better than I expected! If you wanna chillout and enjoy the beach this place is for you. The huts have a private bathroom and toilet and are really clean. The owner is a friendly man. In 20 meters walk is a nice beach shack where they have nice food, cheap beers and good WiFi.
