Das Haus liegt abseits der Hauptstraße in Kuta, etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Hauptstraße in Kuta (Legian Street) entfernt, wo sich alle Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Spas und Geschäfte befinden.
- Etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand von Kuta, wo Sie nach Herzenslust surfen können.
- Etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Motorrad / Roller zum Sky Garden, Vi Ai Pi, Eikon, Bounty (Hauptclubs in Kuta).
- Es ist nah an allen Aktionen, aber es ist friedlich und ruhig, ein Heiligtum im Zentrum der Stadt

Über uns
Wir sind zwei Brüder, die auf verschiedenen Kontinenten aufwachsen (USA und Australien) und wir beschlossen, Ende 2012 gemeinsam nach Bali zu ziehen. Im Moment beschließen wir, ein bisschen von der Welt zusammen zu sehen. Während wir die Welt erkunden, vermieten wir unser Haus auf Bali. Wie das Sprichwort sagt, ist ein Freund in Not tatsächlich ein Freund, und wir schätzen uns gesegnet und glücklich, unsere Freundin Sarah zu haben, die uns helfen würde, Gäste ein- und auszuchecken, wenn wir nicht auf Bali sind. Sarah spricht Indonesisch, Englisch und Italienisch!

Nov 2016This a fabulous villa for my friends, my family and especially so for my daughter! The entire place is very clean and comfortable. Makes us feel like being at home. The kitchen is self sufficient and all we needed to do is just to enjoy spending time with our close friends and daughter.
The pool has a few steps and getting up was easy for all of us.
Not forgetting the hosts of the villa, like other reviews have mentioned, they greet you the moment you book the villa and try many ways to help us with transfer and anything we ask for. Very homely/friendly feel! No fuss nothing for us to spend so much time there.
Drinking water is even provided. How considerate. First time we experience such thoughtfulness. If you do consume their beer, they are so cool that they even say you could leave money behind for the consumed beer or replenished them for the next guests. Cool?
Overall, we find the place splendid and definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE who is looking to spend time bonding and chilling. Weiterlesen

Host, Sarah was even more awesome. She was attentive to our every demands and needs, to the extent of preparing a birthday cake (on the house) for the birthday boy.
Location: 5 mins walk to Legian stretch. 10-15mins walk to Kuta Beach.
We will definitely seek Sarah on our next quest to Bali.

Sep 2015The place does not appear new, perhaps they should advertise it as near new.
Air conditioner in the bedroom closet to kitchen is noisy and in need of a service.
Drainage in the same room`s shower poor but was brought to Peter`s attention. School across the laneway very noisy in the morning.
Pool was awesome although difficult to get out of.
Great location and an easy walk to shopping and restaurants on Melasti street.
Staff were very friendly and spoke basic English.

Sep 2016My self and 4 friends stayed in the villa for 4 nights in August! The villa itself is fantastic and comfortably slept 5 of us. The staff were even better, from the moment we booked we were contacted by the owner offering us tips and advice about Bali and he was also available to contact with any questions prior to arriving. Catty was there when we arrived and was extremely helpful friendly and approachable and we kept in contact via whatsapp throughout our stay. The cleaners were also excellent and friendly! Dec 2014I was looking for a nice quiet place in Bali to stay I found this villa to be just what I wanted. Pool was amazing air con rooms worked very quiet. Took me 15 mins to walk to the beach it was just right. Sarah who met me was just lovely. She helped me out any way she could. The maid worked around me. Feb 2017Booked for 3 nights. Thanks to hendro , ariyani & kadet for being so nice to us. The villa was great. Strong wifi, good water pressure, the heater works fine. Quite a variety of tv channels for both rooms. Love their kitchen, the pool and truly love their body wash,shampoo & conditioner. They gave us fruits & orange minute maid juice as we checked in.
The location quite centre of everything, 5min walks to legian street, 10 mins walks to kuta/legian beach, 5mins walks to 'Pasar Desa' morning market which well suited to the kitchen (got seafood, rice, chicken, veggies & lot others) more choices & cheaper than supermarket. Weiterlesen

Oct 2014Being a frequent traveller to Bali, I would have to say that this is the best place I have stayed at for value for money. Right from the start we were made to feel right at home. Everything was immaculate and everything was thought of, right down to travel plugs. Sarah, the villa manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including giving us a birthday cake for my birthday. The location is awesome, walking distance to everything in legian and a circle K located directly out the front
The beds were huge and so comfortable with satellite TV and all the modern comforts, we had the best sleep. The outdoor lounge area was perfect for entertaining with an entertainment system which we blue toothed our music from, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and appliances for all our catering needs. Plus it had free wifi. The pool area was awesome and was kept very clean and maintained.
Overall, I would highly recommend to stay at this villa, I know I will be back. Thank you to Hendro, Wanto, Sarah and Made for making our stay amazing Weiterlesen
