May 2019What an amazing spot. The house had everything we needed. The pool was clean, the beds were comfortable. We loved walking down to the Karakter Beach restaurant to enjoy the sunset. The house was a great base to hit all the best beaches on the island. Nothing was over 20 minutes away.

Jan 2019We stayed with our family of 4 (children age 4 &7) in Villa Sirena over New Years Week. We had a beautiful stay with wonderful ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets. The home is stocked for all your cooking needs & has a washer for laundry with a drying pinwheel outside. The pool is refreshing for morning or evening swims. The home is located in Coral Estates which is a safe gated community & a perfect location for driving & exploring the beaches on the western side. Thank you for a great week! We hope to return in the future.

Jan 2018We stayed at Villa Sirena on Dec. 19 and left on Dec. 27. There were 4 in our party and the house was just as the pictures show it - spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, spectacular views, etc. I just can't say enough about the house. The location, too, was ideal and very convenient to some great snorkeling spots and, what we eventually discovered, the best end of the island.
The owners were extremely accomodating and communication was great, providing information before we left, as well as a quick response to a text message (because the internet was out) when we first arrived. The property managers, Ingrid and (I believe) Ivan, were also very gracious and responsive to questions that we had the first couple of days and then, as you would want, weren't really seen or heard from.
The pool, and view, provided opportunities to start relaxing as soon as you wake up, while you were making your plans for the day and, then again, in the evenings as you recapped your day and watched the sunset. Bugs were a bit annoying, at times, but manageable.
All in all, a wonderful house in a wonderful location on a wonderful island! We've already talked about returning to Curacao and would definitely consider Villa Sirena again!

Apr 2018We stayed 9 fabulous nights at villa Sirena! Everything about it was perfect from the gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean to the giant patio where we spent the majority of our downtime! The owners were amazing in their communication and giving us tips and ideas of where to go and what to see! The on-site managers were easy to get ahold of and came right away when we had trouble with one of the ac units! The beds were very comfortable, ac units were a plus, and the inside space was perfect for our family of four which included two 17 year olds!
The gated community that villa Sirena is in is beautiful and we always felt super safe walking around! There is a great little trail down the hill that connects with the resort which has two restaurants and a pool as well as some pretty decent shore snorkeling which we enjoyed!
The house was stocked with everything that you need for a stay, including washer, blenders, fully stocked kitchen, cooler, chairs, beach towels-everything you need!
We would definitely return! We had an amazing time visiting Curacao and really enjoyed all the gorgeous beaches and beautiful sunsets from our pool every night!

Scott is a great host and gave us a lot of very useful information about the island.

Apr 2019Villa Sirena was an amazing place to stay! Everything was available for us. Scott took great care to make sure that we were educated on all aspects of the island, from transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, and where the beaches were. Scott made it so easy for us that we were able to have a very relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend staying in their villa. There was this amazing pool with a wonderful view of the ocean and fantastic sunsets every night. He hit the mark on all of them. I honestly cant wait to return!! Curacao has some of the best snorkeling and staying in Coral Estates at Villa Sirena is the way to enjoy them.

Apr 2019Villa Sirena is a fantastic home with a beautiful view of the sea! Fully stocked home and kitchen has everything you need. The newly renovated kitchen is great if you like cooking and the outdoor patio and pool are wonderful. Scott and Suzette are a great hosts and provided us with all the information we could want from logistics to things to do around the island. Location of the house is very convenient to the beautiful cove beaches on the West side of Curacao. The home is located in Coral Estates, a lovely gated community with great amenities including 2 restaurants, a private beach and a Spa. We loved our stay at Villa Sirena and will definitely be back again!

May 2018Villa Sirena at Coral Estate was such a wonderful place to stay on Curaçao. The area was perfect in order for us to explore the entire island (great central location). The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and friendly. Plenty of amenities in the house as well as at the Estate itself. The island itself was perfect for relaxing and endless adventures.
Scott, the owner, was fabulous about communication leading up to our stay and provided so much information to make our stay even more enjoyable. Such a friendly and easy-going host. The help we received once at Villa Sirena was also excellent and had the perfect balance of attentiveness without being a nuisance.
Slept in the master bedroom and did so with ease. The bed was spot-on for us (not too soft and not too hard). We enjoyed the birds in the morning as they were our wake-up call to get out and explore. Though the bedroom had thick curtains to keep the room dark if that is your cup of tea. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the necessities to cook a meal and it was nice to have speakers, a TV, and Fire Stick for the very late hours. Excellent Wi-Fi connection in all of the rooms and even outside was a big plus. Lots of linens and beach towels which allowed us to pack light and plenty of space to hang clothes and put away what we did end up packing.
The patio-pool area was clean, beautiful, and cozy, such a nice way to spend the early part of the day as everyone got ready and just as serene as the sun was setting.
All in all a winner of a trip.

Mar 2018This well located, comfortable and well stocked villa was home to us for two weeks. It was everything that was advertised and more. The owner was always quick to reply to my questions before arriving. The property manager looked after our every need once we arrived. We so enjoyed the outdoor living and the view! We stayed outside playing cards, visiting, planning the next day and cooling off in the pool every evening. This villa is in a gated community. We always felt very safe. We actually felt very safe and welcome on the whole island.
Driving around the island is easy and the best restaurant is very close to Villa Sirena! (You will need reservations at Cafe de Buurvrouw!!) Town and grocery store (Centrum market) are not too far away (20 minutes).
The best beaches were the beaches near us. The beauty of the island is at the beaches, each sandy beach in a cove with shades of azure blue water. Be sure to visit the blow holes and visit playa grandi to see the sea turtles.
The kitchen was well equipped and the refrigerator was large and worked well. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms kept us very comfortable every night. The kingsize bed in the master suite was new and very comfortable . The washing machine was efficient and very useful. The owner seems to have anticipated all our needs! He continues to have plans to upgrade and modernize this lovely villa. We hope to have the opportunity to return.

the owner Scott & Suzette are super great at communication and any concerns. Check in'Check out super efficient and no surprises.
The house is better In real life than the beautiful photos you see online. The view never gets old and no street lights or other homes to block view of ocean.
We stayed foe 10 nights and he had Ingrid (property manager) do a mid week cleaning and got fresh towels/linens. Such a nice touch.
The house is set up for both US 110ac and 220 V euro options.
The attention to little details is superb, from extra beach towels, (that don't smell musty) to great kitchen utenisils and cookware.
It was a rainy season so mosquitos were out in force. We brought spray, but some was at house as was extra sunscreen, coolers for beach etc. Will definitely give 5 stars and will return ourselves in future trip. Great house

Dec 2018Simply wonderful. The house is very quiet and comfortable. The trade winds kept the house cool. We left the doors open while we were in the home, but the air conditioners in the bedrooms were nice as the doors were shut at night to keep the mosquitoes out. Kitchen is very well stocked. The views from the porch are just like in the website picture but even more impressive in person. The pool was cool and refreshing. Very well kept house. Clean and tidy. Highly recommend the house and the resort. Owners were accomodating. Top marks
Coral Estates is lovely. The restaurants in the resort are surprisingly good, but we preferred the upper bar for eating. Very nice staff. Dont miss Green Egg night.
We never used the beach at the resort but the dive shop had all we needed.
Highly recommend getting off the beaten track. Although Daabooi beach was where we spent most beach days and right down the road we found Playa Largu and Playa manzillo after an interesting drive down a dirt road and had them both to ourselves. Magical.

Jun 2019Our fantastic experience began before we arrived. Scott sent us plenty of information in preparation of the trip including rental car company recommendations, restaurants, and beaches for diving. He also recommended that we do the online immigration form which allowed us to get in the short line at the airport. We were blown away with the view from the house. The small pool was great for cooling down and enjoying the expansive view of the ocean.
The house was well equipped. The newly remodeled kitchen had everything we could possibly need and was large enough to accommodate preparing food for the four of us.
The owners’ attention to detail was amazing. They had left books on marine life, games, videos and novels to enjoy during our stay. We had a couple of questions for the owner that were promptly answered.
This was our first trip to Curaçao and we were not disappointed. We ate at a variety of places thanks to Scott’s recommendations. The food was universally good.
We could not have had a better experience. We can’t wait to return!!

Nov 2018Our family of five booked Villa Sirena mostly because of the veranda, the pool and that VIEW!! It literally takes your breath away walking out to it every morning!! However, Villa Sirena is so much more! The home is so comfortable and not one detail is overlooked. The kitchen is truly a gourmet kitchen, with every utensil and appliance you need to prepare a full meal. With five us and the cost of food on the island being pretty high, we realized quickly we'd be smart to cook some dinners at the villa. We moved around the kitchen like it was ours back home! The grill was wonderful; the beds were comfortable and pillows were too! Scott and Suzette left a ton of very helpful information in a binder that we took with us everywhere we went! All the recommendations were spot on! The owners were always responsive and quick to answer any questions we had - very accommodating. Coral Estates is gorgeous too - great restaurants, beach, snorkeling. Our first visit to this beautiful and delightful island was all that we hoped and it started with the amazing Villa Sirena...definitely won't be our last trip, and the Villa Sirena will always be our first choice for accommodations.

A little about the island. Curaceo is very quiet, safe and clean. Really kinda boring, but thats what we wanted. Airport: Touchdown+luggage+imigration+ security+rental car= 45 minutes...WOW. Coral Estates: gated community, over 1000 acres and I guessing over 800 high end homes and villas. Great restraunt and amazing spa on the property. Easy to reach all the sights and beaches around the island.
Villa Sirena: VERY well equiped home....everything was top notch, clean and spacious. Prpbably one the best rentals we've every stayed in. Check in a breeze, as was check out. The owner Scott was very responsive and accomidating with our schedule changes.. Terrific in all aspects!!

There are two really good restaurants within the neighborhood and great snorkeling. The location is great, while not “in town,” is convenient to Willemstad and other areas. Scott and Ingrid are very nice and easy to work with. We felt the Carrefour was a nicer grocery store than the Centrum and not much further away. You definitely need a car and did not feel like the driving was any more crazy than driving in a large city in the states. People are so nice (even while driving)!

Nov 2018From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Ingrid we knew this home would provide all the best memories of our trip to Curacao. Ingrid was the perfect host and was available throughout our stay to answer any questions we had and provide great recommendations for our daily outings. The home was stocked with all the essential needs of any home. The living space was open and inviting. The bedrooms were good sizes and the master with bathroom was perfect! The most beautiful was the outdoor patio with pool. The pictures do not do this location justice. The sunsets were breathtaking from the patio. The mornings displayed the most beautiful hues of blue in the sky all the way down to the beautiful ocean view. The personnel working the gates were great, especially our new friend Divine. Ingrid was responsive and accommodating meeting us at house to get acclimated or if we had a question and Scott the owner was helpful and informative and had much info on the island at the property. We are thankful for the opportunity to stay at this location!
