Balian Surf Villas

The Villa was very well setup, rooms are massive, pool is clean although the Frangipani trees could do with a trim to allow more light onto the pool. The kitchen is well equipped, perfect location easy access to the beach and restaurants. We had a very relaxing time. Thanks 🙏

There was nothing appealing enough to stay there.

The Villa was not near the coast as advertised on the map. There was blood & mould on pillows as well as the furniture. The TV didn’t work. The front door would not lock.

The housekeeper was really kind and smiling and polite. The view of the corner room is great and no one directly seing in the room... Comfortable bed and the rooftop is just great, with nice 360 view. the breakfast included was as well sufficient, not as big as I would like but as it is included in this price - it's just great breakfast.

The AC was not functioning in the beginning. Had to unplug and plug it again. Really missing something like small table or a desk to work on. The bath tub and the sink on the left need to be unclogged, but that's a minor issue.
