The staff was amazing and helped you with your every request. Even carried the bags up and down and showed us how to get a coconut out of the tree. Very very very nice experience.

The breakfast was little (but tasty) and the area doesn't have a lot of shops around so its handy to know where the local warungs are so that you can get food there.

the property is widespread and beautifully maintained. Decent breakfast is served in the morning. Quite a peaceful place to relax.

There is a standing fan and no AC in the rooms which made it difficult during night since it became muggy.

The location was fabulous, so close to the river and yet still walkable to some little shops, warungs etc. Staff were always so attentive and happy to help with anything you needed and the accomodation is simple, but beautiful, traditional and I felt so relaxed during my time here. So reasonably priced given other expensive hotels but has everything you need

The entire staff was so extremely kind and welcoming! The place was so far away from tourism that it was an extremely calm stay. The houses are not close to each other which gives the feeling of being all alone. The pool area is nice as well, so was the food.

The shower could use a little upgrade. The curtains could be a bit bigger/less see through

Miss recycling for waste.

Quaint traditional accommodation, well separated amongst beautiful Balinese gardens. Lovely outdoor bathroom (not in every room) was fantastic. The sound of running water was very comforting. The surrounding area is very quiet which is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Putu, Ketut and Ayu. This place is very good value for money. With only 5 rooms we found it a perfect place to stay and explore the Sideman area.

It was all good. Maybe a guest safe would be a good idea.

It is such a lovely and peaceful place. There are 4 huts 🛖 to stay and a big swimming pool. You are in the middle of the nature. Owner and family is extremely attentive and friendly. They also help you to get a scooter 🛵 and organize a rice field trekking with a friend. You can also book a cooking class with green kitchen. Be prepared that Sidemen is a quiet place, so don’t expect a noisy place. Right opposite the stay you also find the best-rated Warung. It is really yummy!! All village people are nice and are very much interested in showing you their place. So you all should go there if you like nature :).

I had the great pleasure staying 1 week in this wonderful hotel. I just loved the well-maintained tropical garden with so many flowers, fruit & coconut trees as well as a large pool. The staff was extremely friendly and offered a service you would only expect in a 5-star hotel. I can highly recommend Villa Uma Ayu for solo travelers but also for families. On my next trip to Sideman I will certainly stay here again!

I come just one night and stay for a week. It was Niepy - silent day, but guys organized WiFi for me. I was alone in whole resort. Breakfast nice, stuff amazing. And also it so so so beautiful place, peaceful. I don’t have words explain right this place. And also clean. Usually in wooden house have some problem. But here everything ok.

From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The rooms were nice and clean and had a lovely view of the jungle and the pool. However, I’d have to say that the service is what stood out. Gusti and his team were so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed, whether it was if we wanted our breakfast at the restaurant or in our rooms, or if we needed any transportation to wherever we wanted to go. They went above and beyond, personally driving us to any destination. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone who wants a calming and relaxing holiday!!
