9 on Aquavista Sundays River Colchester

What a magical place. Our host met us at the property and showed us around. Location is perfect if you want to explore Addo and surrounds but it is also perfect for a relaxing getaway with all the ameneties required...... extremely comfortable, well appointed, clean and spacious. We will definitely return.

The house is fantastic. It is tastefully decorated, well equipped and the view is beautiful. The host, Andy, is very attentive.

There is a fair amount of traffic noise

The entire house felt homely. Walking in, you find yourself in a large spacious area beautifully decorated and arranged home which is made to feel homely from the moment you step through the front door. Surrounded by absolutely amazing views, nature all around and with views of the river all but on your doorstep, makes the ideal backdrop for a stay away from home creates nothing but a completely stress-free, relaxed atmosphere for any person trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy week. The host was very friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely be staying over again in the near future

Perfect location for visiting Addo Elephant Parc.

N2 is very close to the house, heavy traffic during the day and night…..downstairs it is fine but in the bedrooms it is too noisy.

I loved everything.The friendly hosts were always available and helpful for anything,if need be.9 on Aquavista was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. So modernly designed and furnished. In short,believe me when I say "we didn't want to leave". Trust me ,chose 9 on Aquavista,you won't go wrong and you can thank me later.

Nothing at all

Host was great, very nice welcoming.

We were there once before and I would like to go there each year round about the same time. When we visited last year we had basically everything. All TV`s downstairs were working and also the DSTV. This time around only one TV was available without DSTV, so I had to run upstairs every now and then to check the rugby score. The 2 nice baths were also useless as there were no plugs or seals to keep the water in, so we had to shower. The 1st time we went], the bar was set very high, but 2nd time around we expected the same for the amount that we have paid. We paid the same as last year, but received a lot less in return.
