We had a wonderful week at Azure Breeze #3! The north side of the island is the perfect place to get away from it all. The house is just as advertised, well appointed, and is just steps away from the ocean. We enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking right out of the front door! Chris was very helpful and sent us all of the info. we needed for a relaxing stay. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful trip. The house was as described. No let downs here of any kind. The house was more than we hoped for. 25 yards from the water and some of the best snorkeling, diving, swimming or just sitting on the beach we have ever had. I only saw a handful of people on the beach. Quite, peaceful, and very relaxing. There was a kayak and all sorts of other amenities to use. We cooked red snapper and Wahoo on the grill and it was fantastic. Grocery store 1 minute down the road, all kinds of sites and places to go, just a short ride down the road. This is the place if you like peace and relaxation. The house is beautiful and well stocked. These are great people.

We had a wonderful stay at the Azure villas. Christine was wonderful to work with before we went to Grand Cayman. She answered our questions and had many helpful tips. The Villa was fully stocked with everything we needed and was clean and ready for use. The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful views from the Villa. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Azure Breeze! The unit was very well supplied, inside and out, from spices and utensils in the kitchen to snorkel gear and kayaks for the beach. We really enjoyed staying in North Side a little off the beaten path. We really appreciated the quiet location and comfortable unit- a great home base from which to explore the island!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful villa and setting. The Hartzells were so helpful and gracious which made our family gathering most memorable. The only negative about the stay was that we had to leave!

This property was everything and more. It met all of our expectations and this was my sixth time staying on the North side of the island. Chris and Tom were great from the moment we requested to stay at their property. Everything was so organized in the house and it had everything you needed. The views outside the master bedroom and the living room were spectacular. It’s close to Over the Edge restaurant and the Crystal Caves. It also a 10 minute drive to Rum Point. I would definitely recommend this property to others, it was a great experience from beginning to end!! Thanks Chis and Tom! Can’t wait to return!!

The villa at Azure Breeze provided my family with the perfect beach vacation. It is located on the quiet side of the island with the beach literally on the doorstep. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves rolling in and the sight of the full moon reflecting on the waters. We woke to the myriad shades of the blue and green waters of the sea and watched them change as we sipped coffee on the balcony or patio. This is a very private place. Although the five other villas were occupied, everyone was very respectful of the other occupants' privacy. Snorkeling on the reef that is located right outside the villa was a wonderful experience. One member of our group is an amputee and getting in and out of the water can be challenging, but the waters were accessible to her at the villa. We were able to position a lounge chair in the shallows so she could slip into the water, float over the sea grass, and swim to the reef. Although the water was choppy a couple of days, we were able to snorkel most of the days we were there. Some of the breezy days gave us the chance to explore the island and visit the Royal Botanical Gardens, the estate of Pedro St. James, and Camana Bay by water taxi. Rum Point is only minutes away and we had a couple of fun, relaxing lunches sitting at the water's edge at the Yacht Club. One of the highlights of our trip was arranging a six hours private charter through Crazy Crab that took us to Starfish Point, Stingray City, and Bio Bay. Our crew was outstanding and provided us with a memorable experience. The villa itself was everything we hoped for. It was in pristine condition with brand new appliances and ceiling fans and central air conditioning made the house extremely comfortable. Once again, the house was perfect for anyone with mobility challenges. There was a queen bedroom on the first floor with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower right next door. The master bedroom suite and the two twin bedded bedroom (each with their own bathrooms) on the second floor were very comfortable for the other members of our group. Everyone had ample space and privacy to drink in the atmosphere. The decor was warm and pleasing. This is a home with lovely furnishings and individual touches ... This is not a spartan, sterile rental unit. The patio had a dining table and ample recliners that made it cozy. But the best part of it all was working with the owner. She went out of her way to ensure that the villa would work for us.

The property was immaculate like 5 Star hotel, and everything you need is there. The frig had most groceries, plenty of ziplock bags, foil, plastic wrap, charcoal and everything was easy to find. The view is as beautiful as shown, with the ocean is at your doorstep. In July the water is. a little warm and weedy on some days, but there are so many beaches you can go to and free parking everywhere. We had fun fishing and were catching grunt, squirrelfish and to the right were so many conch. Wish I had started with the Kayak as got scratched up on the reef due to strong current and my fault being an adventurist trying to experience the true beauty of Caymans. The parrtofish gave me a great fight, but released as felt guilty hooking a big blue fish with small mouth. The nearby Over The Edge restaurant has great food and pricing. We had brief thunderstorms which gave an amazing electric show, and the Tortuga Divers dock is a great place to see Tarpon & Bermuda Chub and to dive with. The week went by so quick, and the place felt like our home for that time, we did not want to leave.

The property is every bit as perfect as it seems! The views were amazing. I could have easily sat on the couch and just stared at the amazing water all day... but I didn’t have to because I got the same stunning view from the upstairs balcony while drinking morning coffee, from lounger laying in the sun, and back porch having a glass of wine. Soon all my stress melted away! Location was perfect! Beach to ourselves and 7 miles to rum point area. Plenty of good restaurants within 10 min. Also easy 30 min drive to seven mile area. Chris was super informative, easy to work with and went the extra mile to be sure we had we needed for our stay. House very clean and well equipped. We were so glad we chose this vrbo.

The property is clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked fine and matched the online information. However, the North Side is the windy side of the island and during our stay it was windy (15-25 knots) from NNE all the time.

The condo is clean, beautiful, spacious, well-stocked, and right on the beach. The "backyard" snorkeling truly is some of the best on the island. It is located in a very peaceful spot and you can sit in the living room or in the beach chairs outside and stare at the gorgeous water for hours - or get in it! The owner was outstanding! From the moment of booking the condo, I was supplied with information about the condo, things to do on the island, restaurants, rental cars, medical care - in other words, everything a person might need to know. The owner's resources, organization, and thoughtfulness were major contributions to the amazing vacation we had. If I return to Grand Cayman, I wouldn't think of staying at any other place due to the beauty of the location, the well-stocked and beautiful condo, and the amazing customer care I received from the owner. I cannot recommend this property and the owner highly enough!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well appointed condo with a spectacular view in a quiet location. We snorkeled right out the back door daily, kayaked, read, played games and cooked. Rum Point is right nearby for diversion but honestly we were happiest hanging out at home. Thanks for a great vacation! It is just what the doctor ordered.

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay on the Grand Cayman Islands. The Hartzell's home on the North Side beach front was in a great spot for us to use as home base. It was away from the busyness of George Town and Seven Mile Beach but close enough for us to go and explore these areas. The home was clean and very welcoming with exactly what we needed. Thank you Chris. We would love to come back some time again!

First I want to thank the Hartzell’s for allowing us the privilege to stay in their home in the Cayman Islands. I say home because it felt very much like if we were visiting their home and staying with friends. Getting up in the morning and seeing that beautiful ocean view was incredible, but what I enjoyed the most is waking up early and taking a swim while snorkeling all around the area. I was able to see a beautiful lion fish, a huge lobster, a moray eel, some beautiful squid fish and of course countless of beautiful fish that were all within 200 yards from the condo. Of course, we did do the sting ray adventure, horseback riding in the ocean and I even took my son scuba diving. Everything about the Cayman Islands is truly remarkable. We cannot thank the Hartzell’s enough for their courtesies and all of the information that they packed into that white binder and the emails that they sent us to keep us informed. . Our stay was nothing short of AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend this peace of paradise to everyone. I know that when I make my way to Cayman again, they will be my first contact to stay.

Chris was a great host, very responsive with any questions we had, gave detailed directions, and had some great resources for us on what to do and where to eat. The house was clean and had everything we could hope for. Thanks for being a great host!

Azure Breeze “C” is truly a gem. The pictures of the property and home are accurate and and the home was very clean. The snorkeling is amazing and what a bonus we didn’t have to drive to another location to do so! The owner (Chris) was wonderful to correspond with and sent a ton of great information many months before our trip which allowed us to better plan our excursions and car rental. And anytime we had questions she always responded promptly. There is a cluster of 5 homes at Azure Breeze (this was house unit C) and we wondered if we would feel enough privacy but we loved it. There is vegetation and hedges that separate each house and there’s always a light breeze that drowns out other conversations taking place next door. We would definitely stay here again! Our 3 year old loved playing in the ocean and on the beach. The north side of the island provides a quieter slower pace vacation experience which was perfect for us. We eat at Tukkas three times because everything on the menu is amazing! Ask for Alvin as your server, he is wonderful and goes above and beyond for customers. We also visited the Atlantis submarine, dolphin discovery, turtle farm, and the botanical gardens. And we loved that Starfish Point was just 10 minutes down the road, in addition to Rum Point for dinner. Anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile beach will not be disappointed in this unit. It had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the master bedroom and living room were spectacular. And the garden area outside the house was beautiful. The minute our three year old saw it she said, “Mom this is just like the Garden God made for Adam and Eve”. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us, we had an amazing getaway here!
