Jan 2017With just 8 villas, it is very private but also very easy to meet the other tenants. Within walking distance of down town and even closer to groceries, a person could easily stay here without a rental car the entire time, just back and forth to the airport. Very clean and nicely updated, air conditioners for both the bedroom and the living area. Small stovetop and not a not a lot of cookware, but workable. Very nice owners, eager to be helpful wherever they can. Nice little restaurant next door, pretty good breakfast for 80 pesos (about $4.00)
