Luxus-Villa am Meer mit Heimkino und einen Privatstrand

Villa is located in a development called Coral Estates. It is a secure gated community. The view is absolutely beautiful looking out from the living room to the sea across the pool. We all wish the kitchen & living room were air condition or the villa had screens. Bring plenty of a top rated mosquito and nat bug spray (will need for beaches to on some days). All the bedrooms have individually controlled a/c. They are the quality oriental versions and not the noisy American type windows units. Note the house electric current is 220 so bring your small converters (FYI there are few gigantic converters provided). The appliances are European and absolutely are worse than the most advanced America appliances built around 1955 (yes, I did say 1955)! The cheapest, lousiest American made appliances would be so much better than the Miele and other brands installed. For 9 bedrooms, the washer and dryer are tiny - great for a party of two IF you can get them to work. All the frying pans should be thrown out and replaced along with the coffee makers. A house with 9 bedrooms should have higher capacity coffee makers. There are extra cots in the bedrooms but are uncomfortable unless one can put a twin mattress on top(from one of the twin beds). Accessing the beach to swim from the villa is possible but I’d say not safe for children or older adults. There are many wonderful beaches on the island accessible with as little as a 15 to 35 minute drives. There are several nice grocery shopping stores not far from the airport. Go to “Cost U Less” for great prices on bulk items. There are two other decent grocery stores within several miles of C U L. There are many small stores but they have limited selections. We found several nice restaurants including Bali Indonesian & Thai (just off the main road driving toward town but before the round-about which one takes to the airport), the e-travern (they only accept cash), the Bahai (at Lugun). OK so will We return? Most definitely but we really wish the owners would address the appliance issues. There are many top quality American appliances that could replace the European ones and hence raise this villa to a 10 star vacation home.

We also killed 4 scorpions in the first floor bedrooms. In general, great location, very spacious and nice. Would recommend get house and property sprayed for insects and some additional fans in the open areas of the house.

This place was gorgeous! Plenty of outdoor gathering spaces all around the property from the large pool deck to the private beach area with several hammocks under palm tress at the oceanfront. There were also several other beautiful outdoor seating areas that we enjoyed throughout our stay as well. We dined on the outside terrace area each night enjoying the warm tropical air and sounds of the ocean. It was absolutely fabulous! Also Brigette the property manager was very helpful with preplanning as well as any questions or concerns that came up during our stay. And I should mention that security is top notch here. The house is situated in a large gated community that is monitored 24/7. The friendly security guards check everyone in and out of the property so only people living, working or renting in Coral Estates can come and go. You will not be disappointed if you plan to visit Curaçao and stay at this house!

There is no a/c in the common area of the house so it did get a bit humid and hot however, the pool is great and there is a fan there to help. We didn't spend a lot of time inside anyway. Brigette welcomed us with a huge smile and hugs and showed us around and quickly got out of there so we could enjoy the place. And we truly did enjoy it. I'd come back with family in the future!

This is one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed at. Ample room for my party of 12 adults. Sleek/modern decor, spacious rooms with a cool theatre which was a huge bonus! Great pool, and jacuzzi and the view and private access to the beach. are what took me over the top. The pictures do not do this gem justice.The staff (Brigitte and Bea) returned every call or text timely and answered every question I had. My group and I loved everything!!

We selected our destination in the Caribbean on being able to find a house for a large group right in the ocean that was reasonably priced and the house definitely delivered. Would absolutely stay here again.

This home is everything you can dream of and more. The view is breathtaking and the amenities are incredible. We had a large group stay in the home and we did not have any issues with privacy or areas to find a quiet moment. Brigitte was a great host and assisted us with all of our needs. If you're not interested in staying close to town, this home is a perfect vacation spot.

The villa is as beautiful as pictured and functions very well. Our family of 15 customized the space by moving furniture so that we could all sit together for meals. We enjoyed the pool every day. Many of us also snorkeled in the waters right below the property. Water shoes are a must, and care needs to be taken when entering and exiting, but even the children were able to swim and enjoy the amazing number of fish in the villa’s backyard. Other positives—the open floor plan allowed beautiful breezes to circulate through the home, which was important, as it was very warm and the a/c units are in the bedrooms only. The breezes also kept the bugs away. The villa is located near several lovely beaches. Our favorite was Grote Knip—mostly sandy bottom, cliffs for jumping, and lots of shade. A highlight for us were the three catered meals we arranged with Lisa from Seaside. She and her husband Olaf prepared and served delicious, buffet-style meals, keeping food allergies and preferences in mind. It was a treat to work with them. They are also lovely people and shared recommendations for beaches and restaurants with us. The only negative was a relative lack of clarity on how to operate some appliances and lack of communication from Brigitte, the property manager. We arranged to meet her at the property when we arrived, but she did not seem prepared for us. She then ran us through the home very quickly, briefly showing us how to use the public areas like the kitchen and the home cinema, but never even entering the bedrooms. She left in a hurry and promised to check back in. We never saw her again. We had a problem with an a/c unit that we researched and fixed ourselves, and there were other issues—with the washer and dryer, microwave—that came up. Brigitte was not easy to reach—she said my texts are not coming through, and cell phone reception was poor—and there were no written instructions at the house, which is not typical in our experience. But these issues were minor and could be easily addressed. Creating a manual to the home would be a great first step, and scheduling a check-in with Brigitte after the first day would also help. She needs to be a bit more available. Our family has stayed in other villas in Europe and the Caribbean to celebrate important birthdays and anniversaries. This one was special, and we would all love to return!

The property manager, Brigitte, was great, she took care of all our needs (which were few, in this amazing villa). Our guests all had a great time, and upon arriving at the villa for the first time had their breath taken away with the views. Brigitte does a thorough initial walk-through and shows you how to operate everything in the house. Also worth mentioning is the Chef, Lisa. She's such a fantastic cultured woman, and has excellent culinary skills. If you have her cater a meal for you, you will not be disappointed! Thanks to Brigitte and Lisa for such a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect and furnished with almost everything you can think of and the views are breath taking! If you are coming with a large group there are plenty of private areas to get alone time as well as plenty of areas for larger gatherings. As others have said there really isn't safe water access from the beach due to the coral. (One person in our group is an avid snorkeler and a rescue diver. He refused to let rest of us go in to the water because he said the waves were strong enough to push you into the coral.) The other reviews don't lie; Brigitte goes above and beyond! While we were there someone in our party became very ill. I sent a text Brigitte asking for advice on where to go to get medicine. She responded instantly and showed genuine concern for our sick friend. If you like massages book Anouk. She was amazing. We booked her for massages the day after we all arrived. It was a great way to relax/heal our bodies after 20+ hours of travel. I do want to give everyone a heads up. There are mosquitoes all over the island. We all left with 50+ bites. We wore bug repellent, burned candles, etc. Be prepared! While there is plenty to do on Curacao, the house is so nice you could just stock up on food and spend your vacation there. We spent hours watching the birds, lizards, and iguanas. (One big iguana liked to hang out by the pool. We named him Big Boy.) All in all, this was the perfect house to book for our Curacao vacation!

Overall this was a great experience for our family.. we had an excellent time.. Robin the chef was amazing and the house was more than accommodating... we had issues with the air conditioner leaking but Brigitte was able to get the repair guy in to fix it.. otherwise I have no complaints and would recommend staying at this property .. Brigitte was very helpful to us as far as recommendations and answering questions ...

Our group has been doing this for a long long time and every review places Curacao and this Coral Estates villa at the top of our list. Brigitte was amazing and we felt like we had known her for years. Absolutely beautiful property. Morning, noon and night it was a beautiful setting for all of us. Cannot leave out Anouk with https://bamboossage-curacao.jimdo.com/ she came out and pampered the ladies and is highly recommended. The guys fished the Bar Four with Capt. Niels!! and Blue Room Cave with Capt. Goodlife! Then ATV & Buggy Tours tours with Leo! We were fixtures at Williwood!!! A must do location! Karakter restaurant for risotto is a must also! We WILL be back and that says it all...

Ocean access is difficult at best. Very dangerous because of coral rock. Views overcome the negatives. Home theatre is great. Family of 13 from 11 to 79 had a great time. Rental car is a must.

My family of 16 had a week of a lifetime. The villa was so much more than any of us could have envisioned. Brigitte, the manager , helped us plan each day with her recommendations. Lisa, our chef, and husband Olaf prepared the most delicious dishes. It was a perfect week in paradise!

My family just left after six days of staying in the house to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. They renewed their vows down by the beach and we had a wonderful dinner prepared by Chef Lisa and her husband Olaf after. The only drawbacks to the property are that not all 9 bedrooms are in the main house and there is no AC in the open kitchen/dining/family area...we are from Texas and used to the heat, but the humidity was pretty hard on us. The location is beautiful and several of us enjoyed walking or running around the loop, it's about 3.5 miles. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, kitchen tools, appliances and spices to cook with. Two grills outside as well. We enjoyed our week and the house is perfect for large groups, spacious bedrooms in the main house that are removed from one another, giving each bedroom plenty of privacy. Brigitte was very helpful for months before our arrival and was available as needed. We had all ages with us and all had a great time.

I rented this villa with a few of my close friends and family for my birthday and it was nothing short of spectacular. I wish I had stayed longer. Brigitte was super helpful with everything I needed to make my vacation go smoothly. You will not regret it.

A group of 8 friends just returned from this beautiful property in Curacao. It exceeded our expectations in every respect. The property has so many added outside seating areas on different levels on the ocean front you have multiple choices to get away alone or in smaller groups. We enjoyed the theater space several evenings and the availability of Netflix movie selections was a terrific plus. The kitchen is outfitted nicely with all the cooking/serving/barware and utensils you need. We cooked in several nights and had everything we needed. The rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. We also had the pleasure of having the cook, Lisa, in for a meal, and enjoyed the masseuse services of Anouk. Both are well worth your time to add enjoyment to your vacation. The property is remote in that there are not convenience stores or things nearby, so you do need a car. The beachfront is really too rocky and the current too swift for swimming...but this didn't really matter as the pool and terrace are amazing, and there are several very nice beaches nearby. We did travel to a few of those for day trips and they were worth the short drives to get here. This is truly a fabulous property for a getaway vacation and we would certainly rent here again!
