Oct 2019Wow! The views were amazing, you could see the shore from the dinning room. Every view from the house was picturesque! The pool was wonderful, there are two beaches within walking distance (a bit tricky getting back up to the house, but doable) and some really delicious restaurants right on the shoreline. Air conditioners in the rooms are a godsend (we had a bit too much sun the first day and this was klutch)! So many lizards and chickens! Pinky is a sweetheart and is very patient and kind. Jon was wonderful and was great able contacting us before and after the trip to make sure we got in and out okay. The only thing I would say is, the roads can be a bit rough but once you get used to them, they're not too bad. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Jul 2019We stayed for 10 days at Limeberry villa. Villa was exactly as pictured and was very clean. It exceeded our expectations especially as the island continues to rebuild from the hurricanes. Jon was great from the time of our initial booking and through our entire stay. Response time was extremely prompt. Although we have visited the VIs previously, this was our 1st stay on Tortola and we loved it!! Looking forward to visiting again soon!!

Jonathan is an excellent host and was so welcoming and accommodating. We can not recommend this villa highly enough!! It is the perfect house in an ideal location with gracious hosts! Thank you Jonathan and Pinky for an incredible stay!! We can’t wait for our next stay on our favorite island in our favorite villa!!

Aug 2019We enjoyed the property! It was very tranquil and the views were off the charts amazing! We spent most of our time lounging in the pool, just relaxing and checking out a few beaches. It was more than enough space for the 6 of us and Jon made sure we had everything we needed including dinner the first night. Thank you!

Jun 2021Traveled to the BVI for a sail charter and stayed 6 nights here to fulfill our quarantine period. Fortunately just before we arrive they dropped the the 4 day test so once we all received our negative day 1 test we were free to move about. Our stay in Limeberry could not have been better. The villa is gorgeous, more than comfortable, and it's host Jon, is fabulous.He made sure we were settled in and offered his assistance to assure that our stay would be enjoyable and memorable (especially during these usual Covid times). One could not have asked for a better host to work with. Jon, thank you again for all the extra help you offered while planning and staying in your beautiful villa. The property managers Jonathan and Jude are excellent and ultra responsive. They went above and beyond for us, in terms of communication and assistance with details of the trip that were not even related to the property rental (eg. rental car, grocery, recommendations). A couple things that you need to know: 1. the roads on the island (and to this house) are incredibly steep (sometimes perilous for those not used to them) and someone in your party must feel confident in their driving skills. For locals, the mountain roads are no big deal. Renting a vehicle with four wheel drive is helpful to have at times if you will be doing some exploring. 2. The shared areas of this house are open air. For us, this was wonderful. Having a breeze come through the living room was always welcomed, even if it occasionally stirred up the playing cards. All areas of the house were incredibly clean. You will see the occasional tiny lizard run through which we thought was very cool. Our kids loved having them around. 3. the infinity pool is bigger than it appears in the photos, which was a welcomed surprise. It was absolutely amazing swimming on the edge of the hillside - very dramatic. Two thumbs up for this VRBO - we had a memorable time on Tortola and it all started with having this beautiful villa as our home base. Thanks Jonathan and Jude, you guys are the best hosts I've had on VRBO.

Every bit of detail to this villa was carefully planned out and the views are pronominal . Oh, and you can see the stars clearly at night. Jude took great care of us and helped us with our luggage. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the BVI’s.

Jan 2020This is a beautiful property in the lush green hills of Belmont. The view is the best we have experienced in the Caribbean. The kitchen, dining table and sitting room are open to the outdoors allowing great views from every room. Mosquitoes were not a problem as long as we applied bug spray a couple times per day. All bedrooms had air conditioning and large comfortable beds. The owner, Jon, was a pleasure to deal with and very welcoming and responsive during our visit. The best beach in Tortola, Smugglers Cove, is a 15 min walk or 5 min drive away.

Nov 2021The villa provided the perfect place for us to relax and wind down before we set sail on our trip! Jonathan was an excellent host, the house was spacious and the views were spectacular! As always, having a four wheel vehicle on the island was a necessity; Jerry's car rental was great for that. Cheers to Tortola!

The owner and the manager were fantastic, they went above and beyond to assist us. They made excellent recommendations on which companies to do business with. The Villa is very well equipped, just bring clothes and food! We would stay here in the future.

He installed additional handrails just before we arrived to accommodate an elderly member of our party . He provides insiders tips on restaurants, excursions, shopping..everything. A former chef , he invited us to dinner one nite. His staff could not be nicer.
The views and trade winds circulating through the house are extraordinary.

Mar 2019The Limeberry villa was beautifully decorated in a tropical theme and was very open and airy. Jon was a wonderful host and touched base with us just before we flew to Tortola. He stopped in to ensure our stay was enjoyable and if we needed anything. The villa had a breathtaking view of Long Bay and Smugglers cove beaches. The villa offered a secluded and safe environment for a family holiday with lovely views.
Jon even arranged for someone to help us move our luggage to the west end marina for a sailboat charter when our rental was up. The only drawback was that the water in the pool was a little too cool to swim in the end of February. Thanks for the home away from home. Cissy

Dec 2019Our stay at this villa and visit to the BVI rates at the top of our adventures. Jon and Pinkie were most helpful. Several small issues came up and were resolve quickly. Bring your bug spray to manage the mosquitos. Views are amazing and there is plenty of room for 8 people with complete privacy in each en-suite bedroom. The kitchen and common areas are open air. Our grand daughter called it “the inside outside house.” It’s “glamping” at its finest!
I would HIGHLY recommend dining at BananbaKeey Restaurant. The views were breath taking and the food was delicious.
We chartered a catamaran for a day with Adventure Charters. We snorkeled in many lovely areas with clear water, abundant tropical fish, sea fans, and coral.
The BVI and Limeberry Villa is a true island experience. The locals are friendly and helpful. The island of Tortola is not commercialized. No fast food franchises, no slick shopping malls. Just true beauty with each dawn. We will remember this experience for the rest of our lives.

Apr 2019Our entire family along with an infant, stayed there for 10 nights and have to say that we all had a fantastic time. Everything was great and a high chair, crib and playpen and even a car seat were provided! All the rooms were very clean thanks to Pinky's hard work, beds super comfortable and the pool is fantastic. Jon is an exceptional host, always making sure everything was OK. Just love the place and look forward to our next stay!

Feb 2019I loved my stay at Limeberry Villa! The villa has the most spectacular views on the island! Waking up every morning looking out at the sea and sailboats is so calming. No better way to greet the day! The villa is equipped with everything you need! The kitchen is a chefs dream. The rooms are spaced in a way that you have complete privacy and do not feel like you are in a house but at a resort. The beaches below are the best on the island. Limeberry Villa will not disappoint. I look forward to my next stay; can't wait to return!

Apr 2019First start with owner Jon Morley who offers guests impeccable service and tons of relevant knowledge about the island. Add the fact that this house is so well equipped, from high-end appliances to the laundry room and the best beach towels ever! Then sprinkle in the many beautiful views/spaces in the house to read, talk, eat meals, or just relax. It is a perfect recipe for an incredible vacation. We spent five short days here and did not want to leave. Upon our arrival we had a car organized for us, rotis in the fridge homemade by Pinky and a beautiful home waiting for us to ease into. Given we had small kids, the pool was the best! Thank you Jon, Pinky and Jude for making our vacation so memorable. You are awesome and we will be back!

Aug 2019Fantastic property with a view of Jost Van Dyke. Perfect for four couples so that each has a private (air conditioned) room, but a lovely al fresco common area to cook, swim and just hang out. The road up is partially paved, and not suitable for a taxi that does not have 4x4 (although Pinky did a great job of coming down to get us and our stuff at the bottom of the hill). Would definately go back!

Feb 2019Beautiful property with perfect spaces for outdoor living . Lovely infinity pool that is perfect after a swim at the beach or long walk . Everything on the property is wonderfully new or up to date . Every amenity possible for cooking is available in the large kitchen .
