Das Langarra Estate mit seinen grünen Rasenflächen und der konstanten, einladenden Brise ist Teil einer 300 Hektar großen Zuckerplantage, die heute als angesehenes, abgeschiedenes Naturschutzgebiet in der Botanikbucht gilt. Langarras sehr privater Hang überblickt die bewaldeten Hänge und Buchten des Preserve und die dramatische Kette der umliegenden, unbewohnten kleinen Inseln - eine 30-Meilen-Ansicht, die von keinem modernen Lebenszeichen unterbrochen wird, mit Ausnahme des gelegentlichen vorbeifahrenden Segelboots.<br>Europäische Schlichtheit kombiniert mit westindischer Sinnlichkeit in Möbeln, Gemälden und Details im ganzen Haus. Feb 2022We truly enjoyed our stay at Langarra. Bob, Kim and Corinna were an absolute pleasure to deal with and are very quick to respond. The Langarra house is so beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. You have to see it to believe it! We enjoyed sunsets every night and cooked most of our meals as the house is very well equipped! We took full advantage of the private beaches and spent many days on Sandy Beach. Be sure to checkout Mermaids Chair for a close adventure. We bought all of our food from Cost U Less and ordered from Mories Cafe which is a food truck very close to the house. Langarra is perfect to accommodate large or small groups. The rooms are comfortable and allow for privacy. The main living area is great for playing games and the views never get old. I have never seen such beautiful sunsets in my life. I highly recommend this property and I can’t wait to return.

Apr 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Langarra. Even before arrival, the concierge was very communicative and upon arrival, she met us and guided us to the property to check in.The property is as everyone else has mentioned - beautifully situated with amazing views of the blue Caribbean waters, gorgeous sunsets, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We loved waking to the gentle breezes and seeing the colorful sky as the sun set each evening.The Sandy Bay and Mermaid's Chair beaches that are contained within the development, along with the pool, kept us and our kids entertained when we weren't exploring other parts of St. Thomas. There were plenty of clean linens and beach towels provided by the host.The community at the Preserve felt safe and private giving us a sense of being removed from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte Amalie. We enjoyed our week long stay and were sad to leave this slice of paradise.

Our process from booking to departure was seamless. The villa and the view was amazing. The villa was perfectly designed for comfort and luxury.

Oct 2022We absolutely loved our stay at villa Langarra. The property is very peaceful, quiet, spacious, and private. We loved waking up every morning to the stunning view of the pool overlooking the ocean. Corinna was very helpful in grocery shopping for us and in answering questions and making local recommendations. We also had a great experience with Dexter Car Rental which was on the villa’s recommended list. The car was a must for our party to get down to the private beach, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. The private beach was probably one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to. It was private, with plenty of shade from nearby trees and the most beautiful clear water. Overall, we were very very happy that we chose this amazing villa for our stay in St Thomas.

Feb 2022Walking through the front door of Langarra for the first time is like walking into another dimension. The scenery is so surreal that for a moment it seems like you’re watching a huge screen saver. The cloud formations, island views and the beautiful morning rainbows just add to the ever changing backdrop that is mesmerizing. Top that with a gorgeous infinity pool sparkling in the sunlight and you know you have found a little piece of Heaven. This home is stocked with every amenity that you can imagine. All you need when you come here are a few bathing suits and two or three outfits. Absolutely everything else is provided for you. This is by far the best family vacation we have ever had. The kids played hard all day and slept 10-12 hours every night. Besides the pool, they had a large yard to run in and play games. The absolute Bonus is Sandy Bay Beach which rivals any beach in the world. And did I mention the absolute privacy, WOW! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Aug 2022This was our second stay at this magnificent home. The first was 6 years ago and then again at the end of July 2022. The views are incredible at this house. The pool overlooking the water is just breathtaking. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the house. We loved going to Sandy Bay beach which had great snorkeling. Better than Megan’s Bay! Some of our favorite days were just hanging out by the pool. We used the shallow ledge as a dance floor and danced in the pool! Corinna was outstanding and answered every text within minutes. Highly recommend this beautiful house!!!

Dec 2021This property is absolutely beautiful. The home is enormous and very well appointed. Keep in mind if you have small children the rooms are somewhat broken up so plan accordingly. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of supplies and most spices ! Best part, the VIEWS from the pool area. There is nothing like it!!!! We saw rainbows everyday. We also saw lots of wildlife to include tropical birds, huge tropical frogs and a mongoose ! Be careful with garbage though, there are stray cats that will go through it if it’s not in the bin with the lid properly sealed . Corrina is very helpful and kind as well. :)

Apr 2022This home had EVERYTHING and more! The home was very well equipped with all you need for a beach vacation. The views were unbelievable and the layout of the house gave everyone the privacy they needed. We had Sandy Beach to ourselves most days and we couldn’t get over how crystal clear the water was. We ate at the house most days as we never wanted to leave. We all had such a great time - I would not hesitate to rent this home!

Jun 2022The Villa was just perfect for our family of ten. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. There was plenty of space to gather together, but little places you could go to be on your own. The view from the pool area was spectacular. Corinna was very helpful in shopping for us, and always in communication. Be sure to spend some time at Sandy Bay Beach - white sands, beautiful clear blue water. Very happy with our choice of Langarra Villa!

Nov 2021There were 10 of us that stayed here over Thanksgiving week 2021. It was a perfect vacation. The views from the property are surreal. Every morning we would wake up and just stare at the ocean view and relax. The kids had a great time, and the l;ay-out of the house is perfect for a larger group of people. The house is PERFECT. The 2 private beaches are awesome. Everything was perfect. BEST VRBO PROPERTY WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN!

Nov 2021There really are no words for the beauty of this home, it’s location, or the privacy it affords you in one of the most exquisite spots on St Thomas. The owner and concierge are responsive within minutes of asking questions, help you cater your trip to your desires, and made our arrival and departure seem less. My family will never forget days and nights spent swimming, laughing, playing games, and truly relaxing in this space. Everyone has their own space. Plenty of ways to be alone or together. We had a truly magical time. If you are considering a stay and considering your options look no further. You have found the place!

Aug 2022Our group of 14 (10 adults and 4 children ) stayed for a week! I can’t even begin to describe how perfect this home is for a large group! Our group consisted of 5 different families and we each could spread out and had our own area but could come together when we wanted to for meals or hanging out! The house has the most incredible views, awesome pool, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedroom suites, and the list goes on and on. We enjoyed sandy bay everyday, we traveled and visit other beaches in St. Thomas and St John but our pick was our own little piece of private paradise, Sandy Bay Beach! We are already planning a return trip! Corinna was outstanding she went above and beyond to make sure we had supplies and answered all our questions! Don’t hesitate if you have a group of people and need the space this house is awesome! This place is heaven!

Nov 2021My stay at Villa Langarra was absolutely amazing! There were 9 of us total. We all had our own separate rooms that were very private. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous! The pool and ocean view was incredible. The property is very secluded and quiet! Corinna was so helpful with recommendations and was available the entire time with any questions we had. Joseph was our own personal driver for the entire trip and we loved him! He was so familiar with the island and fit us all comfortably in his vehicle. We also had Ultimate Chef Services come for a private dinner at the villa one night and the food was phenomenal! We used the shuttle service at the property to take us to Sandy Bay beach since it is a bit of a walk to get to. The beach was gorgeous and so private! We were the only ones there! I could go on and on about our experience at Villa Langarra. We will definitely be back!

May 2022Langarra is amazing. The view of the ocean from the infinity pool and semi-private beaches is stunning. The living area easily accommodated our group of 9. The villa is spacious, well appointed and offers 5 private suites. Bob and Corinna are terrific and the reservation process was easy. It was the vacation of a lifetime for our group. We enjoyed the secluded location - we had our own tropical paradise complete with a nearly private beach, Sandy Bay. Mermaid's Chair was also enjoyed by the kids. Spectacular property in every way!

May 2022Amazing experience from start to finish. Booking was easy and very personable. We received an email with a list of great excursions as well as places to eat. It even included car rental places. Once we arrived to STT, the concierge met us near the airport and we followed her up to the most gorgeous home we’ve ever been in. This home overlooks everything! The ocean views are absolutely stunning!!! You can see 3 smaller islands. Perfect for watching sunsets in the infinity pool. Yep! They have an infinity pool overlooking everything!!! The home is very clean, perfect for entertaining large groups, and getting away from the busy city life. Going into the city is about a 30 minute drive, which is only about 5-7 miles, but you’re on a hill with LOTS of curves. It was actually relaxing to drive 20mph and just hug the curves and listen to music. We’ll definitely be coming back, and it may just be the 2 of us this time!! :)
