Es befindet sich in einer der besten Gemeinden in der Disney-Bereich in Davenport, unsere Villa verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, ein Spielzimmer, einen privaten Pool und einen Wellnessbereich. Und schauen Sie nicht weiter, werden Sie die Nähe zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung von Orlando (Disneyworld natürlich, aber auch das Legoland, Universal Studios, die Outlet-Malls ...) lieben, aber auch ruhigen Gefühl von Calabay Parc, die Unterteilung wo die villla befindet. Und kein Rück Nachbar. Unser Pool / Spa ist komplett privat.

Jan 2020The property had lots of room for our family. Paid for the pool heater, it did not run as long as I thought it would, but it got warm.Plenty of kitchen items, even what you would not expect. The house could use a little TLC. The house had a roof leak that was communicated to us prior to arrival. You can not play pool. The pool sticks are held together with tape.Overall it worked for us, and we would probably return, but they could make a few improvements.Property managers are quick to respond to emails throughout the process.

Jul 2021The pictures were very misleading. The house was very dirty. It had old food, and a live ROACH INFESTATION! They had to send another cleaner out. Trash can was filled with MAGETS! VERY FAR FROM THE BEACH!

Dec 2019Property was in a great location. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi which was like a hot bath. The property was rather tired though and the cleaning left a little to be desired - we had a few hairs in the bath mats and crumbs down the sofa 🤢. The pool table needs new cues and the hob hardly worked at all. The beds were very comfy. So all in all good and bad - however I would say the photos must be quite dated as the place is not as shiny and new looking as the photos any more. It is also advertised as very private but actually there is no privacy at all from the neighbouring property which could be easily resolved. It felt a bit mean that for two weeks we were left only 2 dishwasher tablets and nothing else at all - not even a little washing up liquid or salt and pepper - a few basic supplies would have been much nicer.

That being said: Positives: spacious home beautiful neighborhood, a quick and efficient response from management company when our smoke detectors started chirping in the middle of the night. Negatives: mismatched glassware and silverware, mismatched or worn patio furniture, pots and pans that need replacing, no directions for televisions and only one pool cue with a broken tip in game room.

Dec 2019Nice property with everything you need. Property owners very easy to get a hold of and prompt response. Wanted to stay an extra night and couldn't give them a definite answer until midnight due to the job my son does and the owner was very understanding. He accommodated us without hesitation. Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you
