We would stay here again! A remarkable find for the money. Clean, comfortable, well supplied. Including the private pool area. We loved how quiet the neighborhood is. Just 25 minutes from Disney via backroads in order to avoid I-4. A few tweaks are needed, all easily taken care of by property management for future guests.

We rented this during COVID to be able to have fun while staying safe. Pool was awesome and house had everything we needed. Vera was quick to respond and on top of everything. Great time staying here with my family:)

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was just as stated. It was very easy communicating with the owner. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. We enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of towels to use. We didn't use it, but there was a game room also.

We had quite a few issues that needed to be resolved whilst we were staying in this villa which impacted on our enjoyment. The arrival information we were given had a few errors in it meaning we had to.call out the management team . Had the information been updated this would not have been necessary. A couple of things within the villa itself were not working properly meaning we had to email the owners several times during our stay to sort them out as the management team were unable to resolve the issues. The villa itself is nice, we have stayed in it before via the previous owners but I'm afraid I would not chose it again due to the fact our enjoyment of ourholiday was marred but the issues we had.

We had a great experience at this property. We loved the pool, and we were pleased with the close drive to the Disney parks and the airport. We did avoid the main interstate as much as possible. My husband, my daughter (9) and I had a great stay. There was plenty of room, and the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. We also used the kitchen, playroom, and laundry room. The only problem we had was that the master bed was very firm, and we are use to our pillow top mattress. My daughter slept in the queen bed, which was a little better. I ended up sleeping with her. I am 7 months pregnant, and I could not make the master bed work, even with pillows. It’s obviously a personal preference, so it might not be an issue for many people. The twin beds in the other two rooms all seemed to be pillow top and pretty comfortable. We definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed this clean, comfortable home, well supplied with linens and cookware. It is a convenient, quiet, walker friendly neighborhood. The villa does not have a cable service provider, has Roku and Pluto TV only. WiFi service was good. Our hostess Vera was very welcoming and attentive during our 3 week stay. We recommend this villa and hosts.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We took our 2 adult daughters to see the Disney parks. This villa is within 25 minutes of the Disney properties. It is in a nice area. The beds were comfortable and we loved having a full kitchen and a private pool. I would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed being in the house during our holiday, the beds were good, the bedrooms were big enough, the kitchen was well equiped, the livingroom was super! Outside was a lovely and big diningspace and the pool was also nice!! There was nothing to complain about!!

This property was just as advertised. We had no issues and throughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

This is not a Dream Villa but a basic rental property. We’ve been going Orlando for 10 yrs & this was not what I was expecting! 1st impressions when booking & on arrival were that this looks like a decent villa. Unfortunately looks & pictures are deceiving the villa does need bringing up to standard for Orlando villas. SAFE: an additional charge was payable, I’d hired the villa; but now I’m told that I need to hire the safe as well, I was expecting this as std. This was the most INSECURE property we have ever stayed in, when first leaving the property & setting the house alarm to find it didn’t work at all (I was apparently the first to report this) then closing the front door I realised just how flimsy and INSECURE this door was as a locking bolt was missing from the top of the front double door. I noted the key lock box beside the door had been left set with the 4 digits in use to operate the front door! – Basic management error I’d guess! My girls decided to use the pool, so opened the blind to the Lanai to reveal a dangling lead from the blind, a potential choking hazard for any child, this was reported and removed very quickly, no door/pool alarm sounded which they are very used to hearing & operating at every other villa we’ve stayed in, the signs are there and the buttons are present but that doesn’t work either! The owner states the rules are fence or alarm and the fence is in place. The pool looked dirty, maybe the floor needs a deep clean as it looks ‘greenish’ but it was ok. On coming back into the villa I went to secure the back door once again and then I realised how INSECURE the back door was too, as two of the three locks were completely defective leaving only one after-market lock with push up / down catches to hold the door closed. On arrival back home I was sent an aggressive email from the owner demanding ‘let me know what happened’ as they had apparently found a TV damaged after our visit, just like a bull in a china shop the owner jumped in with both feet and accused us of the damage! I explained that I have 2 teenage girls who don’t even use TV’s at home as like most teenagers they spend their time glued to their iPhones. We genuinely didn’t damage the TV so I’m seriously not happy about being accused of this. I wouldn’t personally recommend this villa, as we paid high premium as demanded in Aug & expected quality, which we did not get; in my opinion this rental was way overpriced for what is just a sub standard property..

They let me check in early on Thursday such a beautiful home close to shopping and Disney excellent home will stay here again wish I could give 10 stars quiet neighborhood Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home A+++

The property was tidy and comfortable. Also, approximately 20-30 minutes from theme parks, and located in a peaceful neighborhood with decent access to shopping. However, sliding door to patio needs repair and lawn did not appear maintained. Aside from this my family totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this property again.Thank you to the host who was attentive and responded to concerns/questions promptly.

The Place was clean and well maintained. During our stay someone came out to service and clean the pool. This place has everything you need to make it feel like home. There are board games, gaming tables in the garage, high chair, strollers, sippy cups and child safe dinner wear. The home is located near everything from the pharmacy, grocery stores, tons of restaurants and 15 minutes from Disney. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

The place is very nice. The game room was cluttered with cans of paint, bring ken fan, etc. pool table not level. Asked for the pool to be heated and never was. Very nice quiet neighborhood.

They stated that they could not change the front door exterior lightbulb (that was burned out) due to covid restrictions. I was traveling with my 81yo mother who is in a wheelchair and getting in after dark was challenging. After communication with the owner the lightbulb was changed in 48 hours.

The house was great! It was clean and fairly well appointed. The layout was great and provided ample space for our family to hang out together and cook and eat meals. Our kids loved the pool which was plenty warm for us Ohioans during our March stay. The location was also great. There was a grocery store and restaurants nearby and it was only about 25 mins from Disney. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this house again in the future!
