Mar 2021We booked a Villa and the Villa was Awesome and Pretty Big, the rooms were clean. Almost Everything was provided in the room from utensils to basic needs stuff. Also The beach is just 10min away from this property. . The owner provided us extra checkout time cause we had a Train later that afternoon. Thanks to Him. Money Well spent.

I would say it was a perfect stay.
Few things like water drainage system and glass-door fitting can be removed to stop water overflow in the bathrooms.

Mar 2022The property is near a beautiful beach. The property is nice maintained with daily housekeeping services and the staff is very hospitable. We had a great stay. Two incidents which made us feel great about the villa:
1. There was an internet disruption during our stay, the owner helped by providing us with an alternative arrangement of a dongle device.
2. The owner also sent back our forgotten badminton rackets at the villa via courier without even asking for the courier charges.

Sep 2021The appartment is big and spacious ,
the kitchen is well equipped, pool facing and actually sea too but the bushes and hillock obstruct the view.
But on a quiet evenings you can hear the sea.
Housekeeper is polite and accomodating.
The appartment is with in a complex is very safe and secure and the downside being you can sometimes get nosiy neighbours ...but it's Goa people come to have fun.
There are quite a few stray dogs nearby and makes taking a walk bit of an adventure. Though the dogs weren't dangerous I just don't like them following me.
The property sometimes have guests nearby who can be loud but that's incidental. The ground floor bedroom is a bit dingy.
Comfortable and nice for a weekend getaway.

Dec 2021Location owners and property. The owners were very supportive . We also cancelled the last two days for which we were not charged by mr Agarwal. So nice of you.
Poor maintenance. Attitude from baywatch managers, saying that its not their duty but only doing because they are friends so doing a favour.
The security chief supported the guard when he asked me to keep the car outside the compound wall. He also threatened my wife that later on he will let the car come inside.
This all happened aftaer a little argument on parking the car straight.
Comfortable Affordable Value for money stay in South Goa
Jul 2022Its a villa in a shared resort. You get all the facilities (like pool + Restaurant) of the resort minus the restrictions of the resort (like no outside food/alcohol etc). The owner & staff (Ms Flavia) are very responsive & helpful.
The property is close to a beach (not a popular one so you get privacy) and is also 15mims away from Colva Beach.
The villa is really spacious & comfortable and is equipped with a working Microwave oven, washing machine, induction & gas ovens.
Considering it was off season there were few repair work required (nothing major). However the owner was very quick to react & got any complaints we had fixed quickly.
The stay made our trip to Goa even more memorable. We loved it!

Aug 2022A very well appointed three bedroom villa with a well stocked kitchen. Caretaker was very responsive and efficient and made us very comfortable.
