Apr 2023We had an amazing time. The house is well equipped and very clean. It is in a good location, we went to Goodyear, Camelback and Surprise for spring training. Did not have to take the freeways. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was great. Definitely recommend this property.

Mar 2023Planned this visit to get away from the cold of NJ. While the weather was not co operative this property was WONDERFUL! For most of the time it was just me and my husband (we stayed for 21 days), our friends did join us for a week. They stay in what I called the guest wing. This home is later out wonderfully. Plenty of room, and very comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything you would have in your own home and laid out nicely. Clean, comfortable and many things were supplied that I feel were above and beyond. The owners were fantastic. They communicated with us on every and anything we needed. They never showed up unannounced. Always text me if they needed to check on the pool, which by the way was so lovely. Taking a swim after playing golf in a heated pool was just so relaxing. And lets not forget the hot tub! If you want to see the sites of AZ or golf or just relax, this is the home to do it in. There's a wonderful butcher within walking distance to get fresh meats to grill out back for a relaxing meal. I really can't say anything bad about our experience in this lovely home. I did not want to go home.
Olivia and her husband, Igor were just lovely, friendly and non intrusive. We would definitely stay here again.

Feb 2023Overall, this was a perfect home for our family. 2 grandkids and 6 adults. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, nice to walk around, little parks to walk through and play at. The house had plenty of space. All on one floor and nicely spread out. The Master room was on one end of the house and the other rooms on the other end. The billiards room was fun to just relax and play a game of pool. We spent most of our time in the family room, the kitchen and relaxing in the backyard near the pool.
The owner was amazing. Very responsive, proactive and made the stay very enjoyable. Even with one minor issue, the owner stopped over in 5 mins and took care of the item.
The house was super clean and well kept… just like home!!!
I highly recommend this property and will stay again in the future.

Jan 2023The property was very clean and well stocked. The owner was one of the most communicative and helpful people I have dealt with during my VRBO experiences. In addition to being very spacious, everything in the property was high quality. This was a great property for a large family gathering with options for everyone. Additionally the location was an idea base for seeing many of the Phoenix area attractions we were interested in seeing/visiting.

Oct 2022We had a family get together of 6 adults in this beautiful property. Olivia, the host, was so great to work with. She is very detailed which I love. She left a very detailed house manual which was very helpful.. She communicates very quickly and is most accommodating. The house was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. It is large and roomy and very family friendly.
We loved the beautiful pool and back yard space. Was cool enough in the mornings to sit out with our morning coffee. We used the BBQ a few nights and it was well maintained and very clean. There are several TV's and different areas in the house to spread out. We all enjoyed the pool table.
The neighborhood is lovely and we took some great walks along the green belt areas. The home is located in a very convenient area to restaurant and shops. We definetlly would love to come back for another stay. Thanks to Olivia for helping us make this a wonderful family vacation.

Jun 2022We enjoyed every moment with our family. Only one wish-that there was a rail to get into the pool. The step is really deep and without a handrail is not accessible by anyone physically impaired.

Apr 2022We were so impressed with the home. It was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The house was exactly as pictured on VRBO. We didn’t have to pay an extra fee to heat the pool and hot tub. That is a great perk. Olivia was wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend this home and we would definitely rent again.

The residence was an ideal location for our men’s college golf team of five players that competed in their final tournament of the school year held at Wigwam. Nearby commercial area included restaurants, markets, shopping, making it convenient for all our daily needs.
The house was roomy, clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. Between rounds of golf, it was easy to relax at the residence and enjoy home cooked meals together.
The communication with our host Olivia was welcoming and accommodating. We were able to enjoy our stay and hope to come back for any future events in the area.

Mar 2022A group of 7 of us stayed here and had a fabulous time. Everything from the luxury linens to fully equipped kitchen made our stay absolutely perfect. Compliments to the cleaning staff as well, as this home was immaculately clean. We hope to return some day in the future.

Jan 2022The home was better than expected. It was super clean and smelled great. The neighborhood was super quiet and the house was well equipped. We had 3 large ten boys and 3 parents and all members were comfortable. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was centrally located to all games. The surrounding area was great for shopping and eating as well.

Jun 2021We had a wonderful vacation and stay at the villa. I do have some feedback and ‘FYIs’ to future guests. Here are my pros and feedback for future renters of this VRBO.
Pros:
- The layout of this property was perfect for us. Me, my husband, and our baby were in the master bedroom that was more than enough room, had its own access to the backyard, and was on the opposite end of the home from the other bedrooms, so we didn’t disturb our other guests
- The kitchen had just about everything you could need in a kitchen. I was so pleasantly surprised to see a crockpot to make some easy chicken chili in
- There was a high chair and a pack-and-play available, which was a much appreciated touch!
- The neighborhood was quiet, I swear we were the only ones there
Feedback/Tips:
- We rented the last week of April which I believe was considered the ‘winter season.’ Because of this, we were expected to cover the pool every night. Not the end of the world, but was a bit of a chore
- There’s no railing to get in and out of the pool, both my husband and I scratched ourselves getting out of the pool when we slipped, and my mom actually fell into the pool but luckily didn’t hit the step
- I would recommend bringing pool shoes, as the pool is a rougher stone, and I actually stepped on a piece of glass in the pool when getting in one day that we had to pry out of my foot with tweezers
- also, a pool guy showed up one of the days and I didn’t know he was coming, which was a little alarming
We had a great time, and all-in-all, it was a beautiful home!
