EKO STAY (Gold)- PALM GROVE VILLA

The property has a modern structure, the vibe is very good! The property is very clean and spacious, we had a great stay. Its a nice cozy villa with a beautiful view, perfect for a relax staycation. My friends also loved it.

Wish they could have given me an extended checkout.

The location of the villa is amazing and weather was amazing too the day we visited the villa. Very cheerful and helpful staff 😊

The check out timing was a little too early and ther we're pool timings too and the balcony didn't have enough chairs for everyone

Property was not clean or comfortable at all. The facilities were terrible and we were misled by the host. First of all, I wasn't able to reserve the place on booking.com. I received a mail saying that I had to make a payment within 2 hours or the booking would be cancelled. It took me ages to get through to the reservation person from Eko Stays and then I was misled into booking a villa that looked nothing like the one that I originally wanted. The furniture and decor was very tacky and not comfortable or inviting at all. The pool was had moss stains and the water was smelling. The AC in one of the rooms started leaking a lot at night, and the mattresses had red stains on them. The staff were also not very helpful.

It was all good however the pictures vs the actual property is slightly different, I mean more on the maintainance

There was nothing much around the villa to get supplies.

Every thing was good .

I was told this Villa was booked even after getting successfully booked email confirmation and was denied to check in. I later chose Eko stay Titanium but it was not booked through here. I was provided link by Booking.com contact person for another property Titanium and it was made transaction through gpay and booked through whatsapp.
