May 2021Well maintain facilities with good lanscape and security.
There were no complimentary tea or coffe drink and bottle drinking water.The price way to expensive compare to other similar type stay in batu feringhi and nothing much extra ordinary.No privacy at pool with tight security only makes to feel not to go swimming in the pool. The beach is dirty not well maitain and blame it to nature. Hotels with beach is well maitained and clean

Aug 2022Very very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. We dapao food and eat at home. 50steps to the beach and the sea. Condo come with beautiful swimming pool and kids playground. Can keep the kids occupied.

May 2022The location was perfect for us as it is direct to the beach, which the kids get to fish and swim. We also had breakfast by the beach :) It is also just walking distance to get food for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The host was very helpful and this place provided all the amenities. There's washing machine, dryer, convenience for family that travelling. Kitchen is great as well with Microwave and oven. The kids are happy with the stayed and same with the adults. Highly recommended.

Playground for kids were not properly maintained. Some of it can’t be use at all and quite dangerous without any warning sign.

May 2021Very overwhelmed. The staffs wasn't helpful at all and they're really putting rules for everything. Even a 5 stars hotel won't be this annoying. There was a glass pieces in the room floor and cut my brothers leg. Informed the host and 1st reply was just oh okay that's it. And after a while he replied again apologising when I told its not proper because we have a toddler. Dangerous. Honestly if we're a family and we came to stay 7 adults and 2 kids he's very calculative saying only 8 per house allowed. Lol. I understands this but I think you should inform the guest ahead of it and earlier as it would make us prepare as well not when we arrive and when we're in the house. Anyways I would say not coming back there again.
