KL Tower Makati Apartments by PH Staycation

We spent the New Year here and had an excellent stay! The check in was quick and took only a few minutes. There was plenty of free street parking in front of the building because of the holiday. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking a full course dinner. It comes with great view from the balcony so we were able to watch fireworks from a distance. Internet speed is quite good too, and we had access to Netflix and Youtube from the smart TV.

property is accessible in green belt mall, BDO bank is just beside of the property and 7/11. Staff and security are very helpful and very welcoming every time you pass by the entrance of the property.

All is great i had amazing experience in this property.

No breakfast, but the restaurant, Nanos is next door. Good location.

From ME: Unit 14F is directly beneath a construction site and endless jackhammers. It is uninhabitable. We want another unit. Why did you put us here? Location was great for my needs. Security for premises is excellent with door men. Was not able to avail of pool, spa or gym facilities but facilities looked great when I checked. Liked having lots of extra towels available in the room. The availability of a five gallon bottle of drinking water was very refreshing and convenient. Apartment is well stocked with pots, pans and cooking supplies should one decide to cook meals for themselves.

It would have been nice if upon checking-in I was shown of the restaurant in the premises. Noticed it only after I checked out while waiting for my ride to the airport. Upon booking, was offered to upgrade for an apartment with a better view (the view was disappointing and not what I expected). Noise from other apartments are very noticeable (footsteps from above and noises on next apartments). Felt the apartment have thin walls. Air conditioner was located in an odd spot of the bedroom and is used to cool the whole apartment living space.

Location was good since Japanese restaurants were in walk distance. Security was better than others. Washing machine was in room.

Electric consent was only near mini-kitchen, could not connect from the table. No room cleaning during 2-week stay.　A/C is old and noisy.
