May 2023From the moment i contacted Bob he answered questions quiclky and accurately. Everything about the condo was spot on. Once we arrived the couple of questions we had were also addressed quickly. The view and the interior of this condo deserves more than 5 stars. I would not hesitate revisiting or recommending this particular condo. Best vacation ever.

Apr 2023You can't beat this location, right on the beach, close to wonderful restaurants and daily dolphin viewings in front of us.
Although the entire resort had a water issue one of the days, our host was on top of it and kept us informed even in the middle of the night when we initially discovered it. Even with that issue we would stay here again without thinking twice about it. Our host was awesome as was the resort.

Apr 2023The view from this condo is unmatched. The condo had everything we needed, it was decorated nicely and was pretty quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here. The TVs in the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. We loved that everything was in close proximity to this condo.

Dec 2022Renting the property was a breeze. Condo was better than expected. The only issue with the stay was painting was happening and a pool and hot tub was closed. It should be stated that things close at dusk on the off months. Was still a wonderful trip. My family will be back!

Oct 2022It's difficult to know for sure how nice a beachfront condo will be when booking online. Is the description of the unit accurate? Will VRBO work as advertised? Is check in easy? Is the unit clean and comfortable? The building well maintained? Beach services friendly and attentive? Enough information provided to navigate the area for restaurants, etc? We'd say yes to all of them. We really had a great stay, relaxing, unparalleled, 14th floor view of the gulf. No doubt we want to return and we would return to the same unit.

Sep 2022This condo was in immaculate condition. Pictures from listing were spot on. Bob was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The resort was great, however I highly recommend booking umbrellas and chairs when you book your room, otherwise you will be stuck in the back. If you bring your own beach stuff you have to set up behind the rental umbrellas which stinks. Although we didn’t have the crystal clear water(Mother Nature) it was still a great trip. FudPuckers is great food along with the Sunquest dinner cruise. We traveled North to Oakaloosa and Navarre which were both great places. Overall we will be back!!

Sep 2022The unit was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The resort offered every amenity as well. The tiki bar and beach service threw our stay over the top. Bob and his wife were wonderful hosts. Every phone call I made to them was answered. I never had to leave a voicemail! We’ll be back next year.

Aug 2022We had nothing but great experiences from the time we booked through the entire stay. The owner is very easy to speak with and promptly answers any questions. The condo itself was very well maintained and has a fantastic view of the gulf.

Jun 2022It was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully equipped . The owner provided everything we possibly needed, and the bed was most comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

It felt squishy and ruined the view. I also understand from the listing that there were two bunk beds (meaning 4 individual beds), but this is not the case. For this to sleep 6, they are suggesting that the couch is for 2 people.

May 2022We were thrilled that the condo condition matched the photos exactly! The view was incredible and we could see dolphins swimming from our balcony.
The beach was very close to the condo, along with several pools on the property to choose from.
Bob was very thorough with his welcome email and we did not have to ask any questions during our stay. He also recommended several dining options to us, which made our trip even easier!

Apr 2022What a gorgeous condo! It looks exactly as pictured. Absolutely lovely decor and very comfortable. The owners are incredibly responsive should you need anything at all. And the best part? We were able to watch dolphins playing right from the balcony!

Mar 2022This was our families first time traveling to Destin. Our children are 7, 5 and 2. The resort had plenty of things to do, the beach is beautiful and the pools are accommodating to children. The resort is close enough to walk to many locations and isn’t far from driving a few miles to other local attractions. The balcony view is beautiful, the condo was clean and the smart TVs in the bunk beds were wonderful for the kids! The owner communicated clear information and in a timely manner. Our experience was wonderful and we can’t wait to return!

There was absolutely everything we needed in the condo; kitchen very well stocked, outlets and usb ports everywhere; nightlights; and even beach chairs and umbrella (even though my husband and I never used).
I have seen people complaining about getting out of the parking lot but it is not really a problem. Just turn right and make a u-turn. Traffic in Destin is always bad but this is what you get when you have such a beautiful area!
It was hard to get my husband to come in off the balcony! We loved it so much we have already booked it for 6 weeks next year.
