When I placed the order, the price was $112, after I placed the order, I received an email message that the total amount to be paid was $190 (plus $78 for cleaning) and it was no longer possible to cancel the order. This is a real fraud with hidden payments. The apartment was dusty, the bed linen was not fresh. The staff is rude and not friendly, no one speaks English. I asked for an invoice for payment and was refused and only after I complained about booking.com they were forced to give me an invoice with a delay of two days. I am very disappointed and deceived. Be careful with these guys

the location is very close to Jafa Gate and to many stores and restaurants
cleaning would’ve been so much better. curtains were dirty and soiled and the dryer filter was so full.

The location is good. The place was pretty clean.
I only got the details on how to get in a few hours before arriving, and after 3 phone calls, where they promised to call back and send the details but failed to do so. The parking instructions were wrong, so was the WIFI details. Missing some dishes, forks, knifes, spoons. No clear instructions on how to turn the hot water for shower.

Very dirty, mold in bathroom, furniture broken, very uncomfortable fold up beds that didn't sit flat on floor, torn curtains, ants, no washing detergent or basic amenities, poor wifi

The pleasant impressions were ruined. We didn't really like the high price for cleaning the apartment, which was indicated in the small print. Please be careful when reading the rental conditions for this apartment.

Apartment wasn't ready on arrival hadnt been cleaned since the last group of people. No help from the numbers provided due to hour i assume which was extremely frustrating. 1am finally when someone came over we had to walk with suitcases after the full day travelling to another street where there was another apartment ready.
No hot water throught the stay, assured someone would come two days consecutively as the switches were sparking. As expected no one came to see either the sparking wires or the zero hot water.

A few things were not working:
Large TV dud not turn on.
Stopper in bathtub does not work. I had to buy a round rubber stopper.
Toilet seats should be screwed downs as in any other country. All you need is a washer nut.

Once we got our apartments, everything went smoothly, it was easy to come and go at all times from the building as there was a guard and no problem getting in to the apartments (it was nice not to need a card or keys, just a code).
It was very roomy, nicely decorated, big TVs everywhere, kitchentte equipped with oven, microwave, coffee capsules...
We ordered two apartments. I got a message to check in (which I did not notice immediately) which warned me that if I didn't do this, they might cancel my order, which was a bit worrying. On performing the check in I was required to add 100 IS if I arrive early and 300 IS for cleaning. I was required to scan something which was not stated (just showed graphicslike some sort of ticked or card) so I sccanned my ID, not knowing why they would need this. They also required my to scan my credit card, which I think is unaaceptable. The details were as if for one apartment and only five people, so I tried to message to confirm the details but there was no answer for some days. Later I received another request to check in, which was upsetting. I messaged again, requesting an urgent reply, and at last the man (appears as Jacob) replied and was not very polite, asking me what could be urgent and what could I possibly want to ask. He said the second email was for the second apartment, so I performed it again.
On the day before the arrival I got two seperate emails with the address and apartment number of each apartment. One was completely wrong (Haneviim 27) and was the address of the hotel (which name appeared on the emails). We parked there and wandered around for about an hour, while trying to contact. We kept going to the room, not being able to open it, and no phone reception. Once we got through to him and it got cut off, and mostly I kept getting through to the office. He didn't phone back. After a while he did phone. At last we understood from him that the details we received were mistaken, in the address and the apartment number
Finally we went to Monbaz 3, which was the real address of both apartments and had its own parking. Finally we could relax, as we found our host and spoke to him and sorted everything out, including getting the correct apartment number.

broken toilet seats, not enough towels and toilet paper and garbage bags. There was no paper goods such as paper plates, napkins or towels. The living room furniture leather is turning black.

Kettle was so dirty was unusable
Bedroom shelves covered in dust we couldn't put anything on them
Swarming with ants all over floor, kitchen sides and table.

Bath towels with hairs stuck on
Promises from owner to put right and then ignored all correspondence and would not take calls or reply to messages
