Sechs können bequem schlafen und niemand sitzt mit einer Koje in der Halle fest. Die Küche ist recht groß, sodass in Ihrer Gruppe genügend Platz für die Köche ist. Wir haben gerade schöne Glasfliesen Backsplash und neue Geräte hinzugefügt. Es gibt viele Töpfe, Pfannen und natürlich Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser. Apr 2022We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The photos do not do it justice. It is much larger than it looks in the photos. It is also very close to the beach, just need to cross a one lane road. Walking distance to a few restaurants (Miller's Ale House, Sonic, Cracker Barrel, and ice cream shop) and shops (Big Lots, a shoe store.) The upstairs bedroom is more private than it looks, as the master bedroom in on the other end of the condo. Pool and hot tub are just a few steps away. Balcony is nicely shaded all day, though it does get quite a bit of traffic noise, Great communication with the owner. i would definately stay here again. Weiterlesen

Aug 2020We enjoyed this property and definitely recommend this property to anyone. The owner has very responsive and understanding because of COVID-19. Great location just steps away from the beach. Upstairs loft and full bathroom was great for the kids. Everything at The Crab Trap was with on point but recommend getting there early. The only complaints are having to carry a key instead of a keypad and no Tupperware with lids in the kitchen. Make sure you take a flashlight and bucket to go crab hunting at night one the beach! We are very happy that we didn’t cancel our trip because of Covid. This trip was definitely our favorite family vacation yet. Weiterlesen

Mar 2021Tracy, was wonderful I left the key to the condo at home called her and she answered right away. Very helpful in every way. The photos of the property need updating the furniture is a bit dirty it can use some cleaning or replacing. The maid is not doing a great job at keeping the place clean some areas of the condo where pretty dusty. Also, a recommendation place dark drapes on main floor bedroom window. The light from the outside walkway is very bright and it makes it hard to fall asleep if you have difficulty falling asleep with the light on. May 2021Tracy was so wonderful to deal with. The condo was comfortable, and definitely sleeps at least 5 easily, but I totally wasn’t taking into consideration we had 3 teenagers with us. The loft sounded fun, and was, but didn’t provide much sound barrier for the two up in the loft, or the other teen sleeping downstairs on the couch. Whoops....my fault!! Other than that we loved the neighborhood, the 1 minute walk to the beach, the central location, and enjoyed our stay while we were in town for soccer over the weekend. Thanks for everything!! Jul 2022This property was a great location as far as being close to restaurants and shopping centers. Clean pool and clean hot tub . Rooms were very neat and clean as well . Only down fall was the beach area . Yes , you do have beach access . But there is a limited amount of space thatis useable due to the fact of the ocean front condos have their property roped off and you cannot enter on their facilities without a wrist band until after 5:00 pm . Jun 2022This condo is in a great location and the downstairs is pretty awsome. The upstairs needs a hanging rack ( since there is no closet). The mstr. bathroom sink barely drains and the toilet keeps running! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was good. Jun 2020This condo is across the street from the beach with another condo building between you and the beach. But you can see pets of the beach from the balcony, which we enjoyed a lot. It was an easy walk to the beach. We were able to use the umbrella and chairs provided by the owners. Condo was very clean and bed was comfy. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Condo had everything we needed. Tropical storm Cristobal allowed us only one day on the beach but we found enough to do in Destin in spite of COVID to keep us busy. We fed alligators at Pudfuckers, shopped the outlet malls, played indoor black light mini golf, swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub, and even spent an evening playing board games in the condo. Oct 2020The unit is exactly as pictured and described and a very short walk to the beach, which we never got to enjoy as Hurricane Sally came through and when it wasn't raining, the water was off limits and there was no sun. Also, the town was essentially shut down for a couple days due to hurricane damage, so pick your weeks wisely. Nothing to do in Destin when it's raining. We might as well as stayed home, but definitely not the owner's fault...everything about the unit and communications were excellent.... Weiterlesen

You can walk across the street to the beach and just a block or so for good eats and/or coffee at Camille's. The furnishings are beautiful and in great shape. Being adults all over 50, this location was nice as it was not crowded and did not have the party scene affiliated with many spring-breakers.
Beach is beautiful as is the water.

The condo is two stories. Upstairs is the second bedroom. Nice balcony with partial gulf view.
The beds are compforatble, plenty of siiting room for the 4 of us. Mike and Tracey are great hosts. We had one small issue and they came immediately to get us squared away. Very warm hosts and who care about YOU having a great experience.
We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and took a a trip to harborside and had a wonderful Saturday afternoon. The Gulf and beach were magnificent! Thank you for the use of you beautiful condo. A+++ Weiterlesen

Everything at the condo was perfect--from the communication with the owners, to the variety of beach toys (even a portable cooler!) to take the beach, to the comfortable king bed. My favorite was coffee on the patio each morning and the sunsets at the beach. The pool and hot tub was awesome, especially on a couple days when the ocean water wasn't safe to swim in. Overall this was condo was kid friendly, yet relaxing for the adults who desperately needed this getaway after a tough year. I am already recommending it to my friends. Jun 2022My family and I visit 30A every year, but this year a few of us also wanted to do a second trip, so we found this condo on scenic hwy 98 in Destin and so happy we did. The location is great as the beach is directly across the street and you can see it from the balcony. The condo itself was spacious, organized and came with what you needed. We all relaxed and slept comfortably after long days at the beach. Great restaurants down scenic hwy 98 on the beach and though it’s a busy area it was very quiet. Tracy was super responsive. The internet didn’t work well and we couldn’t figure out the cable but we had packed our fire stick and just ran a hotspot through our phones. It would have been nice to have more toilet paper.
