Feb 2022Wonderful wonderful place. Gorgeous views and quiet setting. Rent a golf cart (mgmt will set that up) and cruise everywhere. We cooked in a couple of nights and kitchen has everything. Eating out options were all over. Go to marbucks for bfast. RumDog for drinks and appetizers. Elvi’s kitchen in town is a must.

Feb 2019What an amazing rental! Gorgeous sunrises from the balcony every morning, overlooking the ocean. This condo was clean, fully stocked to meet our needs and very comfortable to live in for the week. Ana and Lori were available to help answer any questions, they were wonderful and so friendly - they made us feel at home.
The location of the condo is on a quiet part of the island, which we loved. Felt like we had our own dock, pool, beachfront, etc! We did need a golf cart for the week to zoom into town/around the island and explore - and it was a blast.
We could not have asked for more in a rental, it was really a perfect place to stay. Our only complaint was going home!

Full kitchen is a plus and the views of the sunrise and sunsets are amazing! Pool and grounds are very well kept up. Love this condo and we won’t stay anywhere else! March 5-19, 2022

Sep 2019We stayed for a week at Oceanaire #11. The view is tremendous and the condo is very clean. My wife and I stayed there and there was plenty of room for both of us. The pool was great to get into and for relaxing. The pictures in the VRBO are accurate and would recommend staying here. Seleni was a great! She picked us up at the airport and had our golf cart lined up for us, fly fishing trip, and Tropic Air flights. This was the first time we have stayed on the North side and enjoyed it very much. It was great going to secret beach visiting Blue Byou. We had some dink’s next door at Paco’s Tiki bar and the food was great (Thanks Joey)!

May 2022We had a fantastic trip to Ambergris Caye! This was our first time to Belize but it definitely won’t be our last! The condo was perfect! The view was amazing. It was nicely decorated, clean, and had everything you could possibly need! The location was perfect as well. We were close to restaurants, bars, and groceries. Reefers, the bar/restaurant next door, was awesome. I can’t say enough good things about our property manager Lori and Seleni! They were incredible and made everything so easy and stress free. They got us to and from the airport, helped us get groceries delivered, booked all our excursions and we even had the Covid test for return to USA at our condo. Anything we needed they made happen! When we go back we will definitely stay there again!

It was nicely decorated, clean, and had everything you could possibly need! The location was perfect as well. We were close to restaurants, bars, and groceries. Reefers, the bar/restaurant next door, was awesome. I can’t say enough good things about our property manager Lori and Seleni! They were incredible and made everything so easy and stress free. They got us to and from the airport, helped us get groceries delivered, booked all our excursions and we even had the Covid test for return to USA at our condo. Anything we needed they made happen! When we go back we will definitely stay there again!

Aug 2021This was the best trip we ever experienced and I have been travelling for 40 years. From the beginning right through the check out everything was perfect. Lorie and seleni were outstanding and Gary was also extremely helpful. Will be back and recommend this to anybody travelling to Belize.

Apr 2021This trip was reschedule from a year earlier and when we got closer to the date and things weren't opening up, I was very nervous about traveling internationally. We had to get COVID tests going to Belize and returning to the US. I'm glad we decided to go to the Caye. Even before we left, Lori and Seleni helped by scheduling dive and snorkeling tours (and were very patient when plans changed because it was too windy). Both tours were wonderful. Gary met us at the airport, gave us the quick tour and some tips, and we followed him to the condo. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Exactly as advertised. Lori stopped in to say hello and answer all of our questions. The property was impeccable and had a night "guard". A vegetable truck came to the condo 3X/week which we loved. People were also very respectful about wearing masks and social distancing. We spoke to a lot of locals when we went out for dinner and they told us they haven't seen American money in a year. People were friendly and welcoming despite the pandemic. We were so glad we went and would highly recommend this property.

Mar 2019there were 4 of us who stayed here, 2 couples and it was perfect for us. we felt so "taken care" of from the time of the reservation right up to when Lori helped us get to the airport. Ana and Diego were always there for anything we needed. the place is absolutely gorgeous, the patio amazing, the bed so comfy and I could go on and on! I truly cannot say enough about our experience. what I can tell you for sure it, you will love it!

Nov 2019The condo is a little far from town (have to cross a sometimes toll bridge) but there is a ton to do on the north side and it seems a little safer up there. Get the golf cart, its necessary, they booked all of our excursions and they were all great!

Really liked the location as we were close enough to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Lori and Seleni were very helpful in getting our golf cart rental arranged as well as Seleni getting me in touch with the company for our day excursion to the mainland. The condo was so comfortable that it was like being home with an oceanview. Would definitely return to Oceanaire when returning to San Pedro.

Jan 2020Our family of 4 stayed here for a few weeks during the Christmas holiday. It was our first time visiting Ambergris Caye and we couldn’t have chosen better accommodations. The condo was well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. High speed internet & cable TV were included. We absolutely loved waking up each morning in time to watch the sunrise from the main balcony. You are able to see the sunsets from the master bedroom balcony. We spent many hours walking the beach to the north and south. We were amazed at how calm the ocean was, as the reef off the coast acts as a natural barrier. Highly recommend that you rent a golf cart to be able to quickly get into San Pedro and explore some of the more remote parts of the island. The number of great bars and restaurants was really impressive. We did the YOLO chill cruise and it was wonderful! Hope to come back soon to this little slice of paradise!

Apr 2019My family had a blast in Belize! We will go back some day and would highly recommend this to friends and family. The condo was a very nice accommodation with all the basics you need away from home in a beautiful and quiet setting. The pool was great for the kids.
Lori & Seleni who help run the day to day operations were very helpful in arranging: our flight from Belize City to Ambergis Caye, golf cart rental, snorkel excursions, picking us up at the airport and running us back to the ferry for our departure and generally showing us around the island. They also had some great recommendations for dinner and convenience stores making this a very low stress vacation. So major thanks to the Oceanaire staff to make this a truly memorable vacation.

Jun 2021Lori and Seleni were great to work with, making arrangements for our Tropic air flights, golf cart rentals and snorkeling trips. We found the property to be just and described in the listing, well maintained and clean. It had almost round the clock security, not that we ever felt unsafe in the area being over a mile north of town, nice to have all the same. The area was great and had many different restaurants in the area so if you didn't want to travel into San Pedro you don't have to. We only went once during our 7 day stay and we ate out for almost all our dinners. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can stay in for meals, we did all of our breakfasts there and most of the lunches.
We found the residents to be very friendly and appreciative of our business.

Aug 2022Lori and Jim were great managers they helped from beginning to end. The property was just as presented. Great experience . Great place for adults I don’t think children would be as happy. The pool was always clean and inviting ( I have a pool at home).

Mar 2019Had a great time in Ambergris Caye. Ana met us at the airport with a golf cart and got us to the condo and set us up. She was very helpful. The condo had everything we needed. It and the property were kept neat and clean.
Weather was good. All the people are friendly and helpful. Stores, restaurants and bars were easy to get to by walking or golf cart.
Enjoyed ourselves.
