Gelegen in Kihei, dieses schön ganze wohnung für EUR 263 pro Nacht ist ein phantastisch Auswahl für Ihr nächstes Urlaub. Aloha! Wir sind die Besitzer eines wunderschönen, neu renovierten Penthouse, 1 bd 1 ba (4 Personen) Wohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick von innen und außen. Ich bin 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Es ist mit einem Gefühl der Insel überall dekoriert. Die neuen schalldichten Glastüren, Fenster und die luftdurchlässige Split-Klimaanlage machen dieses Hotel zu einem ruhigen Rückzugsort voller Licht und außergewöhnlicher Aussichten.
So schön diese Wohnung war, als wir sie gekauft haben, wir machen weiterhin jährliche Updates.
2107 haben wir die getrennte kanallose Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aktualisiert, sodass sie praktisch brandneu ist.
2018 haben wir neue Sonnenschirme hinzugefügt. Jetzt sind die Fenster für die fantastische Aussicht völlig offen und Sie können die Aussicht auch bei gedämpften Schatten genießen.
Wir haben auch Spiegel zum Lanai hinzugefügt. Diese Spiegel bringen noch mehr Blick in die Wohnung.
Wir haben eine Fliegengittertür hinzugefügt, damit Sie die herrliche Brise auf der Insel genießen können.

Jun 2023We could’ve not asked for a better place to stay in Kihei. It was affordable very clean extremely well stocked and in an excellent location. It was fun watching people in the park play volleyball in the mornings from the balcony. They provide everything you could need for a pleasant day at the beach from chairs and umbrella to boogie boards and coolers this saved us a lot of money and time. The unit is located in the heart of Kihei. Just a short walk to the Kihei café, skate park, rollerskating area also south Maui Gardens is directly behind this unit with some of the best food trucks on the island I recommend burger boys. We would definitely stay here again.

Apr 2023First-time travelers to Maui and completely satisfied with the condo, its location, and the attentive communication demonstrated by the owners. All instructions for checking-in/out were clearly communicated and accurate.
The condo itself is very well furnished, modern and is in great shape with a fantastic view. It is equipped with all the amenities of home... fully functional kitchen (fridge, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee and K-cup, and all the dishes/pots/pans needed to prepare most any meal), stacked washer/dryer, and more than the essential beach and pool gear at your disposal (includes snorkeling gear!).
Well-stocked grocery store (Foodland Kihei) a mere 5 minutes away by foot. We took the opportunity to prepare our own meals whenever possible (a significant money-saver!). Plenty of options for eating out as well... everything from grab-and-go to full-service, sit-down dining within walking distance.
Also within walking distance, Charles Young beach is a beautiful sandy beach. Kamaole beach lies just a little further. Further South (five to ten-minute drive), Wailea offers a number of equally beautiful beaches in an upscale resort setting.
Easy access to Piilani Hwy and the rest of Maui.

I feel like it’s the best location in Kihei. We had a great view and quick walk to restaurants and grocery store.
The rental unit was quiet and comfortable. Everything was top quality. Pam and Doug were very easy to communicate with. The whole experience was great.

The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Jan 2023This was a 10/10 experience for us. The perfect location across from the ocean, walking distance to restaurants and shopping and across the street from our fave surfboard rental. The sunset view from the balcony is perfection. This condo has everything you could imagine and the hosts have done an amazing job of ensuring you have everything you need- from the usual beach chairs and towels to extra helpful things like reusable water bottles, ice packs and aloe gel!
We wondered if the location directly facing S Kihei Rd would be loud, but it wasn’t at all. The only disruptive thing is the early wake up calls from the roosters, which is to be expected!
Our teen slept on the sofa bed and said it was quite comfortable. Mattress and pillows in the bedroom were also quite good.
Check-in and communication with hosts was superb. We are already considering a return visit. This property is so very deserving of its 5-star rating.

Dec 2022This place is close to most of Kihei and a lot of restaurants and shopping. The Park across the street is great for sunsets and walking. If you play tennis or basketball, there is court for it and volleyball courts also. If you have kids, then a covered play area in the park also. Across the street next to the park is a cove so you can learn to surf or stand-up paddle board. This is an ideal vacation spot for the young or old. Hope to return in the future. You can't miss with this place.

Dec 2022This condo is amazing! Pam has stocked it with everything you could need. We like to cook while on vacation and the kitchen had it all! Great location with beautiful sunsets right off the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

This place has it all right at the tip of your flip flops.
Situated right in the heart of Kihei with luxurious Wailea 10 minutes East, artistic Paia 25 minutes North, the island shopping and fishing town of Lahaina 45 minutes to the West…
And endless beaches along the way.
This Location is ideal for anywhere you want to visit on Maui.
The condo is well equipped and has recently been renovated with modern updates while still maintaining the island vibe you expect in Hawaii.
Your host, Pam, is wonderful.
She is sure to have all the answers and help you may need with prompt communication and care.
This is a superb spot to enjoy island life.
All essentials within walking distance:
24hour grocery store, bike rentals, restaurants, food trucks, volleyball court, open air shopping, beach barbecues, shaved ice, even a couple local watering holes for a night cap or a massage spa to end a long day in the sun if you prefer..

Aug 2022We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the washer/dryer and AC burnt out. However, Pam and Doug did an awesome job making sure we got a temporary AC unit and refunded a portion for us. I can 100% say that the place is an absolute gem and I love spending my time on the balcony to watch the sunsets and sunrises. Also, the little books they keep on the table are really helpful. I read one of them all the way through and it was so informational about the history of hawaii which was really enjoyable. The condo was clean, the staff that I did meet were so sweet and easy to talk to. We loooooved the kitchen and now I've got a new dream kitchen to work towards. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the snorkle stuff were so fun to use on the beach. The condo is beyond quiet. Something I think you will never find in a hotel. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay again!

1. So much better to be in Kehei over Lahaina area.
2. Fantastic upgrades that a made a big difference in comfort.
3. Incredibly clean.
4. Best stocked kitchen ever. All condiments, spices, storage items. All kitchen items you would ever need.
5. Pretty busy street out front but new sliding doors worked great at lessening noise. And ocean side park was a nice window into local life. Plus....Sunsets amazing.
6. A/C was a godsend.
7. Wow, the Bed!!!!
8. Great snorkeling spots and multiple sandy beaches as well very close, within 15 - 20 minute drives.
9. Nice restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.
And Thanks to owner for very prompt responses to questions. Just an all around wonderful home away from home.

Jul 2022Pam and Doug did a great job of presentation of their beautiful unit and all of the extras (snorkel gear, beach chair, cooler) that really helped make our time on Maui quite eventful! The unit is extremely clean and has an outstanding kitchen that I wish we had time to make use of (next time😊). And the view from the balcony is incredible!

Jul 2022Perfect quiet location. Skip the big resorts, stop here. My wife loved the sunsets from the condo and the beach. Sunrise from the bedroom window she looked forward to each day. Must try the smoked marlin macaroni salad from South Maui Fish Company. Communication to the owners was awesome and amazing. Such great people.!!! Helpful in so many ways to create a special honeymoon for my wife and Myself. Love it love it love it !!!!

May 2022We will definitely stay here again anytime we visit. The two biggest reasons are the location and how well stocked the place is. It was located across from the beach. We chose to walk one minute to waveriders and take a lesson and had a great time. Also went to the convenience store below us a couple of times and then walked to the south shore tiki lounge for pizza and drinks multiple times. But lots of food options within 5 minute walk. The town of Paia is a short drive as well and worth it. The apartment itself felt very safe and was clean and pretty inside. The owners have almost everything you need so don't buy anything until you've checked it out. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel masks and flippers. We were also impressed with all the kitchen appliances and the bathroom was well stocked. The bedroom stays very cool with the ac unit so don't worry about being hot. Trust me you won't regret choosing this place.

May 2022We had the best time at Pam and Doug’s place! It was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. We didn’t even need to rent a car until we did the road to Hana because there were so many shops, restaurants, and beaches nearby. I will definitely be coming back!

May 2022We will definitely stay here again anytime we visit. The two biggest reasons are the location and how well stocked the place is. It was located across from the beach. We chose to walk one minute to waveriders and take a lesson and had a great time. Also went to the convenience store below us a couple of times and then walked to the south shore tiki lounge for pizza and drinks multiple times. But lots of food options within 5 minute walk. The town of Paia is a short drive as well and worth it. The apartment itself felt very safe and was clean and pretty inside. The owners have almost everything you need so don't buy anything until you've checked it out. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel masks and flippers. We were also impressed with all the kitchen appliances and the bathroom was well stocked. The bedroom stays very cool with the ac unit so don't worry about being hot. Trust me you won't regret choosing this place.

Mar 2022We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the unit. The view from the lanai was beautiful. Pam and Doug had everything we needed and more. They were easily accessible when we needed them. There were even books and information about the island that helped us concerning places to go and places to eat. Next time we decide to go to Maui we would definitely want to stay there again.

Mar 2022The apartment was great. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made it easy for me with the kids. My son loves the beach toys and surf board. The bed is very confortable.
Pam answered any question I had really fast. I highly recommend this place and hope we will be back soon.

Mar 2022We really enjoyed being here at Island Surf and we were very comfortable in the condo. The owners have done an exemplary job of outfitting it to the utmost! I have never seen the level of thought and detail that they have done to meet almost any need of the guests staying here. We will for sure consider coming back and we will also let our friends know about this little gem.
They provide clear written instructions for arrival and departure and I believe anyone who rents this unit will be very satisfied with their stay.

Mar 2022We decided to rent a VRBO during the second half of our trip- and I am so glad we did! Staying here was so much better than staying at a resort, it felt like we were living in Kihei rather than vacationing. All the local restaurants are delicious and within walking distance. We will be back and hopefully for longer next time.

Feb 2022Had a wonderful stay. Would definitely try to stay here again when returning to Maui. The place is clean, quiet, comfortable, parking was easy, located across from the beach, and offered extra items to use for beach days and road trips. The location was so convenient to great food options (could even walk to some food trucks) and to driving to various parts of the island. Host was very responsive and readily available. So happy we stayed here. Mahalo for hosting us at your great place, Pam & Doug!

Jan 2022We were so happy with our stay at this property. It has a very convenient location, killer sunset views and modern amenities that made our stay easy and comfortable. The hosts took great care in providing basically anything you would need, from cooking utensils, basic personal hygiene products, beach equipment, etc. It was so nice to have reusable grocery bags, small coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, etc.
The property had ample parking and also close to parks, beaches, restaurants and a grocery store.
The appliances worked great and looked very nice. The bed and the pull-out sofa were both VERY comfortable. The furnishings made the place very elegant—it looked better in person!
The hosts were also very responsive—we knew beforehand what we needed to bring with us, especially since we were traveling with an 8-month old!
Our family had a great first visit to Hawaii, and a big part of that is because we found our perfect “home” in paradise!
