Willkommen in unserem Ferienhaus "Condeaux am Strand II". Unsere Wohnung ist der perfekte romantische Kurzurlaub für zwei oder ein unterhaltsamer Besuch für eine kleine Familie (2 Erwachsene & 2 kleine Kinder). Sie werden den weißen Zuckersand von Orange Beach einfach lieben! Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock des Gebäudes auf der linken Seite des Sugar Beach Parkeingangs. Wir haben großen Wert darauf gelegt, das Interieur auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen und dafür zu sorgen, dass jeder Wohnkomfort zu Ihnen passt.
Unser gemütliches Studio-Ferienhaus am Strand ist frisch gestrichen und verfügt über ein bequemes, kuscheliges Queensize-Bett für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Es gibt auch ein neues Sofa, das in ein kürzeres Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann, und einen Stuhl zum Entspannen, während Sie den 43-Zoll-HDTV mit MediaCom-Kabelzugang beobachten. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für Ihre Kleidung mit einem großen Schrank, einer Kommode und einem Nachttisch. Das Badezimmer ist ruhig und mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Unsere Küche ist sehr lebendig und komplett ausgestattet mit einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Toaster und allem, was Sie brauchen, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten oder ein romantisches Abendessen zum Vergnügen macht. Für Ihr Essen drinnen gibt es 2 Barhocker an der Bar und 3 Schachteltische neben dem Sofa, die als Einzeltische verwendet werden können.
Der Balkon ist vom Wohnbereich aus zugänglich und bietet von unserer neuen Außenterrasse aus einen schönen entspannenden Blick auf den Golf und den Strand. Speisen Sie im Freien, genießen Sie einen Kaffee oder Tee oder genießen Sie die Aussicht auf den Strand. Sie werden wissen, dass es keinen anderen Ort gibt, an dem Sie gerne wären! Darüber hinaus verfügt unser Ferienhaus über kostenfreies WLAN und Kabelfernsehen! Alle Bettwäsche werden mit Ausnahme von Strandtüchern bereitgestellt. Aug 2022We loved this cute little condo. Great location and had no problems parking. Communicated with the owner due to a personal item we found and the housekeeper was going to stop and pick it up but the communication with her wasn’t great. We rushed out of a store to meet her because she said she was 5 minutes away and couldn’t meet us in an hour like we wanted. when we got to the condo we waited around and I finally text her and she said she was at another property and would text later. We felt that was very disrespectful of our time, given it was our anniversary weekend and we had lots planned. All in all… we will try and make that property our place to stay when we are there.

Apr 2022We liked nothing. It smelled musty. Very small. 4 towels for 4 days. They gave you enough detergent to wash 2 loads and the washer and dryer was so small you might be able to wash 2 pair of jeans. The building was run down and old and the hall ways looked like inside of a prison. We will not ever stay there again.

Jun 2021We enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach. Some some items to be aware of in our opinion and we rent yearly at a beach.
Pros: Great location, on the beach, good communication with owners and very comfortable mattress.
Cons: Overall building outdated. Paint peeling and pipes and ceilings with mold on them in the hallways. The parking is awful. If you don’t get a spot by 9pm then there are none to be found. We were asked to park in the stair exit areas which is not safe in case of evacuation. The parking attendants are rarely there and when they are they are not helpful at all. Don’t plan on any cooking. The pots and pans are so worn that no decent meal could be made. Microwave is on top of fridge and challenging to get hot items out safely. We just relied on the toaster and the refrigerator for breakfast and lunch. This was unfortunate since we enjoy cooking local seafood on vacation.
The good did outweigh the bad so with that it was a successful trip for us.

Aug 2022We enjoyed our stay in 105 @ Sugar Beach. The condo was cleaned and well managed. Disappointed in the lack of management at the pools- lots of unattended children/young kids which is beyond the condo owners control, I’m aware. The window unit it this condo could use some potential upgrading. Sleeping area would be freezing while bathroom area was muggy and hot. Overall, we had a great experience though. Still 5 stars for our stay.

Oct 2021This was a great choice for our needs for our visit to Orange Beach. We were attending a wedding and mostly spent time at family gatherings so we did not have need for an expensive place with multi amenities. It was clean. The queen bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishes, etc. The futon was not very comfortable. It would work fine for one or two small children but wasn't great for an adult. The comfort of the futon could be improved by providing a foam bed bridge to push between the 2 halves of the futon, such as is used to convert two twins to a king, and a good quality memory foam pad. We also prefer a normal coffee pot to the 1-cup maker provided. It just takes too much time to make coffee for two serious coffee drinkers using the single cup pot. In all, we were pleased with our visit and appreciate the efforts made by the host in communication and preparation!

Sep 2022This studio condo was perfect size for a friend and me. We had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. I have to give props to the cleaning lady too. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a condo and walked around barefoot, without my feet looking like “grocery store feet”. I use to be a quality inspector for condos, so I knew what to look for as far as cleanliness, and this one passed the test! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Jul 2020This condo had everything we were searching for. With the addition of a washer and drier in the room we had a nice balcony with a view. Enjoyed the convenience of location the beach was right in front of the pools. I was impressed with how the owners kept us informed with the address, code to lock, directions and parking lot fees. We stayed in a condo 2 years ago next to the hangout and we had to call the owner to find out everything and sometimes he did not answer his phone. I would highly recommended this condo to others and we are definitely planning on returning. Hopefully when the weather is alot drier.

Jun 2020The property is as described. Easy access to the beach. Security guard at parking entrance. We went for a long weekend and it stormed while we were there. But the condo is near restaurants and not a far drive to shopping.

Feb 2021The owner did not disclose the property was under construction/remodeling due to hurricane Sally. Had he/she done so, we would not have booked. Slamming of lumber, sketchy laborers, dim hallways... I had to escort my wife everywhere she needed to go. Add to that, the parking lot attendant required me signing a waiver of liability against the condo assn or we could not stay on the property. A 200 mile u-turn back to Louisiana if I didn't sign. A requirement also not disclosed. I told him, "Fine... I'll sign, but if anything happens I'm suing the owner of the unit." Not an enjoyable time whatsoever. We've been using VRBO for many years and love your service. This is a one-off and one you should consider "offing" the listing unless you can find that I missed these disclaimers of construction and waiver of liability at the front gate.

Apr 2021The location is everything! Right on the strip to local restaurants and attractions. The condo itself was clean and communicating with the owner was excellent! Parking was lit and security walked the property. I felt safe. I would definitely visit again!
