Wir haben Cayman Breeze mit den besten Möbeln, Geräten und Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über luxuriöse Kingsize-Betten mit erstklassigen Pillow-Top-Matratzen und Leinenbettwäsche mit einer Fadenzahl von 600.
Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer bequemen Ledercouch und einem Loveseat ausgestattet. Die Couch ist ein Queen-Size-Schlaf, und die Wohnung bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 2 zusätzliche Erwachsene. Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne in voller Größe und das Gästebad über eine große ebenerdige Dusche.
Die Küche ist elegant eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, einem großen Geschirrspüler, einer großen Mikrowelle sowie einem großen Herd und Backofen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Himmelbett, eine Kommode mit Spiegel und Computertisch sowie einen Deckenventilator in den Schlafzimmern, falls Sie die Klimaanlage nicht einschalten möchten.
Die Veranda verfügt über einen Esstisch im Freien und 4 Stühle sowie eine Liege mit Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Nehmen Sie die private Treppe auf der Rückseite der Wohnung von der Veranda und schlendern Sie zum Strand oder zum großen Salzwasserpool. Der Pool hat auch einen flachen Pool, perfekt für kleine Kinder.
Das Schnorcheln direkt vor der Wohnung und entlang der Nordküste in Cayman Kai ist das beste auf Grand Cayman. Die Riffe beginnen in etwa 5 Fuß Wasser und erstrecken sich bis zu etwa 25 Fuß und sind mit Rifffischen beladen. Außerdem sehen Sie große, ausgewachsene Muscheln, Hummer unterschiedlicher Größe und gelegentlich einen Tintenfisch. Das Wasser vor der Wohnung ist natürliche Landschaft. Der Strand selbst besteht ausschließlich aus weißem Sand, kann jedoch beim Betreten des Wassers felsig sein. Badeschuhe werden empfohlen. Für erfahrene Schwimmer gibt es direkt am Strand großartiges Schnorcheln. Der Rum Point Strand, eine kurze Fahrt die Straße hinunter, bietet ruhigeres seichtes Wasser für alle Altersgruppen.

May 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at this property. The property managers/owners were very responsive throughout the booking and stay. There was one day that the pool was closed for maintenance and they provided us a refund for a portion of our stay. Very thoughtful! The condo was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids- 7 yrs and 10 yrs old). The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms and other rooms met all our needs. The kitchen has a limited supply of dishes, but everything you need for basic cooking. It was a bit windy the days we stayed, which limited our use of the ocean, but the pool was a great alternative. It is a natural beach (i.e., lots of sargussum and seaweed), but we didn't mind this at all. Good snorkeling offshore and more options a short drive away. Overall, we would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing oceanfront stay on the North Shore.

Oct 2022We have stayed at North Pointe villas over the last few years. This year we picked Cayman Breeze and it had everything we needed and more! The view from the unit was incredible and you could watch the sunrise each morning! The owners Ken and Susan responded to all our questions quickly before we booked and after! They care about their tenants and making sure their stay is fantastic! Couldn’t find a better condo than this! Also the owners suggested nearby restaurants and The Italian Kitchen across from Wyndam resort was amazing and next door is a wonderful store to get nice T-Shirts/hats and other quality items at a very reasonable price!

Nov 2022Very good communication thru waiting to take our trip because of Covid, no issues rebooking several times. Beautiful property with everything you need and more to enjoy a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved the large enclosed balcony and spent most of our time enjoying the view when we weren’t out exploring the island. Favorite restaurant: Tukka. Favorite shop: Beach Bubbles. Favorite activities: Botanical gardens, stingray tour, and swimming with the dolphins. A big thank you to the owners Ken and Susan for renting your wonderful condo to us! We loved it! 😊

Jun 2019This property was the perfect two week vacation spot. The condo was super clean with nice furnishings. Our favorite part was the screened in patio. I was worried that the shutters would block our view, but you get used to them. The mosquitoes were terrible in the morning and at dusk, so the screened patio was a great asset. Also, the patio is in the shade during the hottest parts of the day, which means you can spend the entire day on the patio without overheating if you want!! There's even a ceiling fan on the patio. The view is amazing!
The beach has a nice fine sand. A few feet into the water sea grass grows. It's not a great swimming beach, but the quality snorkeling more than makes up for that. We snorkeled all over the island and the beach in front of this condo was the best we found!! There are beautiful corals with a variety of fish 50' from shore. If you make it past where the water breaks (100'-150' off shore) you'll be treated to views of underwater canyons with an even larger variety of fish. We saw sting rays, barracuda, and tons of colorful fish. The currents are minimal so you can just float and take in the new world below you.
The condo is secluded on the north side of the island. There's a small grocery store (liquor also) 7 minutes away with enough food to get you going. Everything is expensive on the island and we found the prices at this store to be competitive with the larger stores which are quite a drive, but allow for some more variety.
If you're looking for a place off the tourist track, this is the one!! A rental car is a must. Great experience!

Only suggestion would be to put more pictures on the listing . I was initially aprehensive because there were only a few pictures. The place exceeded my expectations .

Feb 2020The condo was nice and neat; only complaint I have is that there was sand on the floor when we arrived. Hard to keep clean when on a beach I'm sure. Rum Point, Starfish Point and Stingray City were some of our favorite places along with a food truck restaurant, Island Bites just down the road from the condo. Would love to have a vacuum at my disposal next time so that I can easily keep the floors clean and sand free.

Jan 2020Our condo was great. It had everything we needed for 4 adults. Rum Point was out primary point of hang out along with Kaibo yacht club. We also enjoyed starfish point. Only negative was the 6 straight days of winds between 25-40 mph causing a shutdown of sting ray city and many other off shore boating activities. Not much you can do about the weather. Other than that we had a great time.

We had a memorable trip with Captain Chris from the White Sands boat excursion to Stingray City and the barrier reef. Thank you for a wonderful Cayman trip.

Apr 2019My boyfriend and I just spent a week at this condo. It’s fully equipped with kitchen equipment and utensils, linens, phone service, if you need it and some cable channels if you watch tv, washer and dryer. I have a pep-eve with dirty mildewed bathrooms and these bathrooms are very nice with no mildew in the showers or bath tub. My gripe is the beaches. We have visited a few islands and are use to blue pristine water. The water is full of this sea grass and getting in the water was a no for us. We went to several beaches on this island and they all are full of this grass except on 7 mile beaches. We ended up going to Cemetery Beach on the West side and it was less populated and had trees for shade. Now if you like to snorkel we didn’t see much there and you can search for best snorkeling areas. The owners did put in the comments this isn’t a swim beach which is very accurate. If you’re looking for seclusion from the west side of the island it’s a great place to stay but it is a drive to get to the west side if you have activities planned on that side of the island.

May 2019Ken and Sue were in touch by email at all times which made our rental anxiety free. The beach and pool were clean at all times. The location was peaceful and had lots of wildlife; green parrots, crabs, Cleo the cat being our favorite! The rental had everything we needed and more. Rum point was a few miles down the road, and a wonderful place to hang out day or night. We also enjoyed the marina, the water taxi was a good option if not wanting to drive to Georgetown. The water excursions were available right down the road which made everything very convenient! We can’t wait to come back!

Jul 2019I have stayed at a few locations that were over managed. Management having to meet before and stopping by during our stay to check on the property. Not here! Instructions were clear and we walked into a wonderful condo like it was ours for a week. Great location away from the main beaches. Locals call this the vacation side of the island instead of the tourist side for a reason! We will make this a regular visit.

Jan 2020Great stay at this beachfront condo. We loved the location because it away from the busy spots on the island. Snorkeling was excellent and you are close to other spots to snorkel. All the restaurant recommendations the owners supplied were excellent. I'd say the fold out couch is best suited for small children and not adults. This condo was a great value for us.

A well-appointed condo, we love the ocean views from the lanai and especially the breeze off of the water. A spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo, with everything you need for a great vacation. Staying on the quiet side of the island makes for the perfect getaway from city sounds and traffic, and the beautiful beach and pool make for a relaxing and peaceful stay.
